Funnel analytics FAQ
Can I build my own funnel dashboards?
Yes. Build as many dashboards as you need, one per funnel, client or campaign, from 80+ card types, and apply filters across the whole dashboard.
How does attribution work?
Every sale carries the UTM parameters and the ad platform's campaign, ad set and ad IDs from the visit that produced it. Upsells and rebills attach to the same customer, so revenue lands on the ad that started it.
Which ad platforms does it import spend from?
Ad spend syncs from Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn, so CPA, CPC, CPM and profit sit next to revenue on the same dashboard.
Does it send conversions back to the ad platforms?
Yes. Sales can be sent server-side to the Meta Conversions API, the TikTok Events API, Google Ads, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, X, Taboola and Outbrain. LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads sync spend only.
Which metrics can I track?
Revenue, net revenue, sessions, conversion rate, AOV, EPC and net EPC, upsell take rate, customers, refunds, ad spend, CPA, CPC, CPM and estimated profit, broken down by page, product, country, UTM or day.
Can I read the numbers outside the app?
Yes. ef stats in the ElasticFunnels CLI returns the same metrics, breakdowns and split-test results as JSON for scripts, reports and AI agents.
