Refund Policy

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you (“Customer”, “you”) and Elastic Funnels, LLC.
Capitalized terms have the meanings in the Terms of Service.

1) Service Fees & Renewals

  • Subscriptions begin on the Effective Date and automatically renew for like periods (monthly or annually) until canceled.
  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the start of each renewal period without additional authorization.
  • All prices are exclusive of taxes and duties; you are responsible for applicable taxes.

2) Non-Refundable Services

  • Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific offering, all subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts.
  • No credits or refunds for partial months, unused time, or downgrades within the current period.
  • Plan upgrades take effect immediately; the price difference may be charged on your next invoice. Downgrades take effect in the next period.
  • Overages beyond plan limits may be billed on your next invoice.

3) Price & Plan Changes

We may modify prices or plans with 30 days’ notice via the Site or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

4) Billing Issues

Please report billing problems within 30 days of the charge date. After 30 days, charges are deemed accepted.

5) Cancellations

  • Only the Account Owner may cancel via in-app settings. We do not process cancellations by phone or chat.
  • Monthly plans: cancellation stops future renewals; no refunds for the current period.
  • Annual plans: cancellation is effective at term end; no refunds for early termination.
  • Upon cancellation, your Content and Lead Data may be deleted and cannot be recovered.

6) Goodwill Windows (First Billing & Renewals)

  • First Billing: If you seek a refund of your first paid invoice for reasons not otherwise covered here, you may request one within 7 days of the Account’s first subscription activation.
  • Subsequent Renewals: For renewal invoices, you may request a refund within 3 days of the new billing period start.
  • To request, email [email protected] from the Account Owner email. We treat customers equally; exceptions are not guaranteed.

7) Suspensions & Chargebacks

We may suspend or terminate Accounts for non-payment or chargebacks. Reinstatement may require payment of outstanding balances and fees.
