Affiliate tracking FAQ
Is this affiliate tracking or just postbacks to a network?
Both are available, but this is your own affiliate program. Affiliates are approved in ElasticFunnels, earn commission on the sales they drive, and are paid out from balances ElasticFunnels calculates. Network postbacks to ClickBank, Digistore24 and others are a separate integration.
Which commission models are supported?
CPA, revenue share and custom rates, grouped into commission groups. You can override rates per product and per upsell funnel, set a hold period, and choose whether order bumps count toward upsell commission.
How are refunds and chargebacks handled?
Payable commission is calculated per affiliate net of refunds and chargebacks, so you never pay out on a sale you gave back.
How do affiliates get paid?
You review each payout, approve or reject it, accept the affiliate's invoice, and mark it paid once you have sent the money with your own payment method. ElasticFunnels keeps the record; it does not move the funds.
Can affiliates get conversions in their own tracker?
Yes. Each affiliate can have signed postback URLs per event, so sales and refunds reach their tracker in real time.
Can I give affiliates creatives and pages?
Yes. Share images, landing pages and offer pages as affiliate resources.
