What the ActiveCampaign integration does
The integration adds ActiveCampaign steps to ElasticFunnels automations. A funnel event starts the automation, and the ActiveCampaign step writes the contact, the tag or the automation entry.

How to connect ActiveCampaign
The token is tested against your ActiveCampaign account when you save.
Copy your API details
In ActiveCampaign, open Settings → Developer → API Access. Copy the API token and the account name from your API URL.
Connect ActiveCampaign
Paste both in Settings → Integrations → Email Marketing → ActiveCampaign.

What does the ActiveCampaign integration do?
It adds ActiveCampaign steps to ElasticFunnels automations: create or update a contact with custom fields, add or remove a tag, add the contact to an ActiveCampaign automation, and look up a contact by email.
Which funnel events can send contacts to ActiveCampaign?
Any automation trigger: a new purchase, a new customer, a form or collection entry, an abandoned cart, a refund, a chargeback or an incoming postback.
Which ActiveCampaign credentials do I need?
Your account name, which is the first part of your ActiveCampaign API URL, and the API token from Settings → Developer → API Access.
Can I start an ActiveCampaign automation from my funnel?
Yes. The Add to Automation step lists the automations in your ActiveCampaign account, and the contact enters the one you pick.
Is the sync two-way?
No. Data moves from ElasticFunnels to ActiveCampaign. The Get Contact step reads a contact so an automation can branch, but changes in ActiveCampaign do not flow back.
