What it does
ActiveCampaign is the workhorse for marketers who need email plus light CRM. EF sends contacts to ActiveCampaign on form submission, quiz completion, or sale. Tags and custom field values follow the contact, so your existing automations run on EF data.
You can also use ActiveCampaign as a deal pipeline source. EF events create deals, move them through stages, and update them on refund or chargeback.

Setup
- In ActiveCampaign, go to Settings → Developer to find your API URL and API key.
- In ElasticFunnels, go to Settings → Integrations → Email & CRM → ActiveCampaign. Paste the API URL and key.
- Map EF fields to ActiveCampaign custom fields. Email, first name, last name are mapped automatically.
- Pick the events you want to forward. Set up tag rules per event type.
- Test by submitting a form and checking the contact appears in ActiveCampaign with the right tags.
