Pipedrive integration

Push EF leads as Pipedrive deals. Pipeline-aware sync for B2B teams selling consulting, software, or high-ticket services.

What it does

Pipedrive is the deal-pipeline CRM B2B teams pick when HubSpot is overkill. EF feeds it: form submissions become Persons, qualified leads become Deals, and EF events move deals through stages.

Custom fields carry funnel context (which page, which campaign, which quiz answers) so reps have full lead history before the first call.

Setup

  1. Get your Pipedrive API token from Settings → Personal → API.
  2. In ElasticFunnels, go to Settings → Integrations → Email & CRM → Pipedrive. Paste the token and your company domain.
  3. Pick the default pipeline and stage. Map EF custom fields to Pipedrive fields.
  4. Configure deal triggers: which EF event creates / advances which deal.
  5. Test with a form submission, confirm Person + Deal creation in Pipedrive.
