PayPal integration

Offer PayPal at checkout right beside cards. One-time and subscription billing, with capture, refund, and dispute events flowing into your CRM and reports.

What it does

PayPal gives buyers who do not want to type a card another way to pay, sitting right beside cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay in ElasticFunnels checkout. You connect your PayPal account, EF handles the checkout flow, and orders land in your reports and CRM next to every other payment method. For direct-response offers, that means fewer abandoned carts from buyers who only trust PayPal.

Both one-time and subscription billing run through the same connection, and capture, refund, and dispute events post back into your CRM and reporting so recovery and reconciliation stay in one place. Exact supported features, fees, and subscription behavior depend on your PayPal product and region, so check current details before you rely on a specific capability.

What you get

  • PayPal offered at checkout beside cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
  • One-time payments through ElasticFunnels-hosted checkout
  • Subscription and recurring billing (check current details for your region)
  • Capture, refund, and partial refund events reflected in CRM and reports
  • Dispute and chargeback events posted back for recovery workflows
  • Orders unified with card and wallet payments in one report
  • Per-merchant routing so different funnels can use different accounts
  • Webhook event handling with retry and audit log

Setup

  1. In your PayPal account, get the API credentials EF asks for (check current details for the current credential type).
