What the ClickBank integration does
ClickBank takes the payment. It sends every order back as an encrypted instant notification, and ElasticFunnels decrypts it with your secret key and matches it to the click that started the session.
- Buyer name, email, phone and address arrive with every order and show up in Customers
- Each order is credited to its ClickBank affiliate, so revenue, AOV, refunds and EPC show per affiliate in the dashboard
- Rebills, cancels, reactivations and product changes update the subscription

How to connect ClickBank
The Setup modal in the Merchants list shows your URL and flips to validated on the first notification.
Add a ClickBank merchant
In Settings → Merchants, pick ClickBank, enter your account nickname and create an encryption key.
Paste the notification URL
Copy the URL from the Setup modal into ClickBank instant notifications, with the same key.
Build the pitch flow
Add every product variant to a ClickBank Pitch Flow. Point upsell and decline targets at your funnel node URLs.
Link the funnel
Enter the Pitch Flow ID on the funnel, assign the merchant to the domain and use [BUY=] tags.

How do I connect ClickBank as a vendor?

Which ClickBank events does ElasticFunnels record?

Can I see which ClickBank affiliates send the best buyers?
Yes. Every vendor notification carries the affiliate, and the dashboard breaks results out per affiliate and sub ID: revenue, net revenue, sales, conversion rate, AOV, refund total and rate, commissions and EPC. You see which affiliates send buyers who keep their orders, not only who sends volume.
Do I have to re-approve my pitch flow to split test?
No. Point the upsell and decline targets at the node URLs of your funnel. You can then test or swap the page behind a node without touching the pitch flow.
Can I upgrade or cancel a ClickBank subscription mid-funnel?
Yes, with the UPSELL_UPGRADE and UPSELL_CANCEL tags. They need a ClickBank Developer API key, which is separate from the encryption key.
