NMI integration

Multi-MID routing, cascade on soft declines, subscription dunning, and chargeback workflow. Built for direct response volume that mainstream gateways break under.

What it does

NMI is the gateway most direct response brands run on once volume scales past what Stripe will tolerate. ElasticFunnels supports multi-MID routing with automatic cascade across MIDs on soft declines, configurable per-product or per-funnel.

Subscriptions, rebills, refunds, partial refunds, voids, and chargebacks all flow into your CRM. The call center can MOTO process orders directly from NMI through the same interface. No PCI tools to license separately.

What you get

  • Multi-MID routing with weighted cascade and per-MID approval rate tracking
  • Soft-decline retry with smart timing windows
  • Subscription dunning sequences with retry, retention offers, and downgrade paths
  • MOTO processing for the built-in call center
  • Tokenized card-on-file with per-customer vault
  • Chargeback ingestion and Dispute.com submission
  • Approval rate dashboards per MID and per product
  • Refund and partial-refund workflows with CRM updates

Setup

  1. Get your NMI gateway credentials (security key) for each MID you plan to route to.
  2. In ElasticFunnels, go to Settings → Integrations → Payments. Add NMI and paste your security key.
  3. Repeat for each additional MID and label them clearly (e.g. MID 1 / MID 2 / fallback).
  4. Set up routing rules per product or merchant: priority, weights, and cascade fallbacks.
  5. Configure subscription dunning: retry days, retention messaging, and downgrade options.
  6. Connect Dispute.com if you want chargeback representation. Run a test purchase end to end.
