How long do commissions last?
As long as your referral keeps paying. There is no 12-month cap and no cutoff when they upgrade. If they stay a customer for four years, you get paid for four years.
What happens if my referral asks for a refund?
Commission is reversed in proportion to the refund. That is why commission clears 30 days after a payment rather than immediately. It is also why we do not pay you on money we are about to give back.
When do I get paid?
Commission clears 30 days after the payment lands. Once your cleared balance passes $100, we pay out on the next payout run. You set your payout method in your dashboard.
What counts as a referral?
Someone who clicks your link and becomes a paying customer within 90 days. Last click wins, and only an actual click changes attribution. If they click your link and later arrive through a Google search, you still get the credit.
Do I need to be a customer to become a partner?
No, but it helps. Active paying customers are approved automatically. Everyone else goes through a manual review, usually within a couple of business days.
Does the 20% discount come out of my commission?
No. You earn 30% of the full list price of their plan, before the discount. We absorb it. A referral on Growth pays $157.60 for their first three months, and you still earn $59.10 every one of them.
Do I earn on overage and the 0.5% checkout fee?
You earn on usage overage, so a high-traffic referral is worth more to you. The 0.5% EF-hosted checkout fee is a pass-through to the payment networks and is not commissioned.
Can I promote in more than one language?
Yes. The app ships in English, Portuguese and Romanian, and your link works no matter where your audience lands.
What if I already promote a competing platform?
That is fine, and honestly it is exactly who we want. You already know what your audience complains about. Compare the terms and decide which one you would rather be paid on for the next four years.
