What the Keap integration does
The integration adds Keap steps to ElasticFunnels automations. A funnel event starts the automation, and the Keap step writes the contact or applies tags.
- Start on a new purchase, new customer, form entry, abandoned cart, refund or chargeback
- Map email, name, phone, company, job title and address
- Set Keap custom fields by field ID and value

How to connect Keap
There is no key to copy. You sign in to Keap and grant access for contact management, and ElasticFunnels keeps the connection.
Open Keap in ElasticFunnels
Go to Settings → Integrations → CRM → Keap (Infusionsoft).
Connect with Keap
Click Connect with Keap, authorise the connection in Keap and you return to ElasticFunnels connected.
Add a Keap step
In an automation, choose the trigger, add a Keap step and map the fields and tag IDs.

What does the Keap integration send?
Contacts and tags. An ElasticFunnels automation creates or updates a Keap contact with name, phone, company, address and custom fields, and applies tags by tag ID.
Can ElasticFunnels start a Keap campaign?
Not directly. It applies tags, and a Keap campaign that starts on that tag runs from there.
Do I need a Keap API key?
No. You connect with OAuth: click Connect with Keap, sign in and authorise the connection.
How do I map Keap custom fields?
In the Keap step, enter the custom fields as JSON with each field ID and its value.
