What the Digistore24 integration does
Digistore24 runs the order form and pays out. ElasticFunnels builds the buy links, receives the IPN and records each event on the order.
- Buy, upsell and downsell link tags build Digistore24 links per domain, with the click ID attached
- Payments, refunds, chargebacks, missed payments and rebill cancel or resume events update the order
- Abandoned Digistore24 carts arrive as abandons you can follow up in automations
- When you set a SHA passphrase, IPNs with a wrong signature are rejected

How to connect Digistore24
The Setup modal in the Merchants list marks the connection validated when the first IPN or connection test arrives.
Add a Digistore24 merchant
In Settings → Merchants, click Add Merchant, pick Digistore24 and enter your Digistore24 Vendor ID.
Connect the IPN
Open the Setup modal, copy your IPN URL into Digistore24 and send a test. If you set a SHA passphrase there, enter the same one here.
Map products
In Settings → Products, open Merchant information and enter the Digistore24 product ID for each product.
Assign the domain
In Settings → Domains, select the Digistore24 merchant, then use buy link tags on your pages.

Digistore24 + analytics
One buy tag, any cart you sell through
[BUY=vitality-3] turns into the checkout link of the merchant on that domain, using the product ID you mapped. Switch the merchant, keep the page.

Each IPN is matched to its click, so the sale counts toward the page and traffic source.

Digistore24 integration FAQ
How does ElasticFunnels connect to Digistore24?
As a merchant, for vendors. You add your Digistore24 Vendor ID, point the Digistore24 IPN at your ElasticFunnels URL and map each product to its Digistore24 product ID. There is no API key to paste.
Which Digistore24 events are recorded?
Payments, refunds, chargebacks, missed payments, rebill cancellations and resumptions, and abandoned carts. A connection test from Digistore24 marks the merchant verified.
How are Digistore24 sales attributed to my traffic?
Buy links pass the ElasticFunnels click ID to Digistore24 as ds24tr. The IPN returns it, and ElasticFunnels matches the sale to that click, page and traffic source.
Is the SHA passphrase required?
No. Digistore24 signs IPNs only when a passphrase is set on the IPN connection. If you set one, enter the same value in ElasticFunnels so signed IPNs can be verified.
Can affiliates send Digistore24 sales by S2S postback?
Not yet. The Digistore24 affiliate postback integration is in development. Today the integration is for vendors who sell through Digistore24 as their merchant.
