What it does
Mailchimp remains the most-used email tool for early-stage operators. EF integrates via API key. Contacts go in on form submit or sale, with first name, last name, custom fields, and tags carried through.
Subscription status is managed automatically. Refunds and unsubscribes update Mailchimp in real time so your sender reputation stays clean.

Setup
- Get your Mailchimp API key from Account → Extras → API keys.
- Note your data center prefix (e.g. us21) from the API key suffix.
- In ElasticFunnels, go to Settings → Integrations → Email & CRM → Mailchimp. Paste the API key.
- Pick the audience EF should send contacts to. Set up tag rules per form or event.
- Map EF fields to Mailchimp merge fields. Test with a form submission.
