SMS & Voice

Twilio integration

Send SMS marketing, run voice flows, and power the EF call center with Twilio Voice. SMS optins, MOTO orders, and recovery calls on one stack.

What it does

Twilio handles SMS and voice in EF. Marketing SMS goes out from automations or campaigns. Two-way SMS flows respond to keywords. Voice powers the call center: inbound queues, outbound dialing, MOTO order entry, and recovery calls on declined subscriptions.

TCPA quiet hours, DNC list checks, and PCI redaction in call notes are built in. You bring your Twilio account; EF handles the rest.

What you get

  • SMS send (transactional and marketing) with delivery receipts
  • Two-way SMS flows: keyword routing, opt-in, opt-out
  • Voice inbound and outbound queues for the built-in call center
  • MOTO order entry over the phone with PCI-redacted notes
  • Auto-recovery calls on failed subscription rebills
  • TCPA quiet-hours enforcement per timezone
  • DNC list integration with national and internal scrub
  • Call recording, transcription, and disposition tracking
