Sell from the VSL page itself
Put the video and the checkout on one page. The page names its own product, so there is no click to a separate checkout.
Your best-converting shape is a video with the order form right below it. Building it meant a buy button that sent the visitor to a separate checkout page, one more click between them and the sale.
The enemy is a click between "I'm in" and the card form.
A page can now be the VSL and the checkout at once. The page names its own product in a backend script, and the checkout below the video sells it with nothing in the URL. You can pin a fixed bundle, or let [ADD-TO-CART] buttons in the copy fill the cart the checkout reads.
