See which AI assistants send you visitors

A buyer asks ChatGPT which product to get, the answer links to your page, and they land on it. In your reports that visit looks like direct traffic, so you never learn that AI is sending you customers, or which pages the assistants read.
The enemy is traffic whose source you cannot see.
Two new cards sit in an AI Search & Assistants section on the SaaS dashboard. Any dashboard can add them from the card picker.
Visitors from AI assistants counts the sessions whose first page view came from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot or one of about twenty other assistants. It reads the utm_source the assistant tags (ChatGPT adds utm_source=chatgpt.com) and, failing that, the referrer. Bot and datacenter traffic is left out. The number is a minimum: assistant apps often hide where a visit came from, and those visits still show as direct.
AI crawlers counts the page loads by AI bots, per engine: GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Meta's crawler, Amazonbot and more. Its Live answers column counts the fetches a bot makes because someone asked an assistant about your page right then (ChatGPT-User, Claude-User, Perplexity-User). Google and Bing crawlers are search engines, not AI, and are not counted. Crawler counts start on August 16, 2026.

Both cards follow the dashboard's date range and its page and funnel filters.
Try it: open a dashboard, click Customize layout, then Add widget, and pick Visitors from AI Assistants or AI Crawlers.
