Build audiences from anything a visitor did

You want to email everyone who took the order bump, retarget the people who reached checkout and left, and see your numbers without bots in them. Each of those is a group of people, and each one used to mean an export, a spreadsheet and a guess.
The enemy is knowing what people did and having no way to act on the group.
Audiences are groups of people built from anything they did: what they bought, refunded or abandoned, which pages they viewed, whether they played the video or clicked buy, where they came from, and what they are worth over their lifetime. An audience holds customers, by email, or visitors, including the ones who never bought. It refreshes automatically as new activity comes in.
Start from a template: retargeting, upsells and order value, buyers and lifetime value, VSL and page engagement, traffic source and quality, refund and payment risk. Each template shows how many people it holds on your data before you add it. Or build your own with Rules, which is free, or describe it to the AI with Ask AI, which uses AI credits. The live preview shows the same member table the saved audience will show.
Each audience has a page with its size, who is in it and a CSV export. It can add its own columns to that table and the export, one value per person: which order bump each buyer took, what they bought, how much they refunded. Products show by name. Templates come with the column that fits them, such as Bump product on Took the order bump.
Use it where you work: filter any dashboard to Only this audience in analytics or Everyone except this audience, and pick it as the audience of an email campaign. To share one, use Copy query or Copy share link. To reuse one, click Import a query in the New audience dialog.
Orders are counted per checkout: purchases less than 24 hours apart are one order, so a front end with its bump and upsells is one order, not four. Test orders never count: they make nobody a member and are left out of every member's orders and revenue.
Try it: open Reports, then Audiences, click New audience, add the Took the order bump template, and open it to see who took which bump.
