Email Logs: each send and why one failed

Settings, Logs, Email Logs lists every email sent over your SMTP, email integrations and campaigns, with All, Sent and Failed tabs and the delivery error on failed sends.
Email Logs: each send and why one failed

A customer writes that the order confirmation never arrived. Was it sent, did it bounce, or was it never triggered? The answer used to sit on a send log page that covered only your own SMTP.

The enemy is a missing email you cannot trace.

Email Logs lives in Settings, Logs, next to Activity Log and the postback logs. One list shows every email sent for your brand over your SMTP, through an email integration such as Mailgun or SendGrid, and in campaigns, newest first. Each row has the status, the subject and recipient, the template, the channel and what sent it (Purchase, Shipped, Refund, Members login, Course enrollment and more). A failed send shows its delivery error right on the row.

Switch between All, Sent and Failed, pick a date range, search by recipient, subject or template, and filter by template, channel, source, integration or campaign. Click a row for the message ID, the metadata and a link to the template. The log records who, when and how an email went out. It does not keep the body or headers.

You can also start from the email itself: Open send logs on a template, in the email builder, on a campaign report or on an integration opens this list already filtered to it. Old links to the send log page land here too.

Try it: open Settings, Logs, then Email Logs.
