Split test call centers inside automations

Two call centers both swear they recover more abandoned carts. Each one sends you its own report, and neither report counts the refunds that come back a week later.
The enemy is a vendor grading its own homework.
Put a Split Test step in an automation and give each arm a Send to call center step. Every contact lands in one arm and stays there, and the test shows up in Split tests with its own report: contacts, buyers, net revenue per contact (the number that decides), recovery rate, and calls sent per arm. Orders count for 7 days after an abandoned cart, failed payment or failed renewal, and 30 days for other triggers, net of refunds and chargebacks. A step that could not send for a contact is counted as not sent on its arm, so a skip never hides in the numbers. Automations also gained the On Failed Payment, On Subscription Renewal Failed, On Subscription Cancelled and On Subscription Winback triggers, and a Send to fulfillment step for new orders.
Try it: in Automations, create one on On Abandoned Cart, add a Split Test step, put a Send to call center step on each arm with a different call center, and publish. The results open from Split tests.
