Make the gift form look like your page

Your gift upsell has its own colors and its own voice, then the address form opens in plain green with a generic heading, and the buyer wonders if they left your page.
The enemy is a form that looks like it belongs to someone else.
The built-in upsell form now takes options on the tag itself: title, intro, button (with {total} for the amount), color, text-color and fields. With fields you choose the optional ones: a second address line, the recipient's phone, and a new gift message box of up to 300 characters, saved on the order. The same options work on ef.quickBuy, and your page CSS can set the form's colors with CSS variables. The fields a parcel needs (name, address, city, country, plus ZIP and state where the country uses them) always show and are checked again on the server before any charge, so a missing one is refused with an error under that field and nothing is charged.

Try it: on an upsell page, write the link as [UPSELL=your-product-code form=gift-address title='Send one to someone you love' button='Send the gift for {total}' color='#c2185b' fields='phone, message'], publish, and buy through the funnel with a test card.
