Merge or dismiss duplicates from Matches

Possible duplicates are grouped by name with Merge and Not the same person, sessions show which contact they are, and other brands show orders and revenue.
Merge or dismiss duplicates from Matches

Six contacts called Ava sit in your list, all suggested as duplicates of each other, and you can't tell which is which without opening every one.

The enemy is a duplicate list you can only read, never clear.

Possible duplicates in the Matches block are now grouped by name, and each one shows its email, the reason it was flagged and when it was first seen. Click Merge (it asks once, and you can undo it for 180 days) or Not the same person, which closes the suggestion for good and records who did it. The contact's Merges tab lists the same suggestions under Suggested duplicates. A match in another brand now shows that brand's order count and revenue, and every link opens in a new tab. Brands are never merged with each other.

Session pages show the block too: a visit reads Recognised as the contact it belongs to, with how it was linked (an order, a form, a members login). On contact and session pages, Check other brands looks for the same browser on your other brands. It is labelled Likely, shows only the brand and a count, never a person, and is in a pilot, so it appears only where it is switched on.

Try it: open Reports, then Contacts, pick a contact and look for Matches in the side panel. Or open Reports, then Clicks, and pick a session.
