What the Brevo integration does
The integration adds Brevo steps to ElasticFunnels automations. A funnel event starts the automation, and the Brevo step creates or updates the contact.

How to connect Brevo
The recipes fill the Brevo SMS field from the phone number collected in your funnel.
Create an API key
In Brevo, create an API key under app.brevo.com/settings/keys/api.
Connect Brevo
Paste the key in Settings → Integrations → Email Marketing → Brevo.
Add a Brevo step
Pick a recipe or build an automation: choose the trigger, add a Brevo step and map the fields.

What does the Brevo integration send?
Contacts. An ElasticFunnels automation creates or updates a Brevo contact with email, name, SMS number, lists and attributes such as external ID, timezone and job title.
Does ElasticFunnels send email or SMS through Brevo?
No. The integration writes contacts. Your Brevo campaigns and automations send the email and SMS to those contacts.
Which funnel events can send contacts to Brevo?
Any automation trigger: a new purchase, a new customer, a form or collection entry, an abandoned cart, a refund, a chargeback or an incoming postback.
Which Brevo key do I need?
An API key from your Brevo account, created under Settings, API keys. Paste it in the Brevo integration in ElasticFunnels.
