Close.io integration

What it does

Close.io is the inside sales CRM that trades visual pipelines for fast call workflows. EF pushes leads on form submission and applies tags to drive Close sequences.

Activity events (form submitted, demo booked, page completed) flow into Close as call-ready context. Reps see what the lead did before they pick up the phone.

Setup

1. Get your Close API key from Settings → API Keys.
2. In ElasticFunnels, go to Settings → Integrations → Email & CRM → Close.io. Paste the key.
3. Map EF fields to Close custom fields and pick the default lead status.
4. Configure sequence triggers per EF event.
5. Test with a form submission and confirm lead + activity creation.
