The short version. You earn 30% of what your referral pays us on their subscription, every month, for as long as they stay a customer. Attribution is 90 days, last click. Commission clears 30 days after payment because that covers the refund window. We pay out above $100. Disclose that you earn a commission, do not bid on our brand name, do not list us on coupon sites, and do not refer yourself.
1. Who can join
You need a free ElasticFunnels account. Active paying customers are approved automatically. Everyone else is reviewed by a person, usually within two business days. We can decline an application without giving a reason, and we can remove a partner who breaks the rules in section 6.
You must be 18 or older and legally able to receive payment in your country.
2. What you earn
You earn 30% of your referral's subscription, on every payment, for as long as they remain a paying customer. There is no 12-month cutoff, no cap, and no reduction when they change plans.
Commission is calculated on the full list price of their plan, before any discount they receive through your link, plus their usage overage (extra visits, extra domains, extra automation runs). The 0.5% checkout processing fee is a pass-through to the payment networks and is not commissioned.
If we ever change the commission rate, the change applies only to referrals acquired after the change. Customers you already referred keep paying you at the rate in force when you referred them.
3. How referrals are attributed
Attribution is 90 days, last click. When someone clicks your link we store your code in a first-party cookie for 90 days and bind it to their account when they register.
Only an actual click changes attribution. If a visitor clicks your link and then later arrives through a Google search or types the address directly, the credit is still yours. If they click another partner link inside the window, that partner takes the credit.
Attribution is bound to the account at signup, not at purchase. A visitor who clicks your link, registers on day 3, and starts paying on day 60 is still your referral.
4. What your referral gets
Anyone who signs up through your link gets 20% off their first three months. This does not reduce your commission. You earn 30% of what they pay, and we absorb the discount.
5. Clearing, refunds, and clawbacks
Commission is credited when the invoice is paid, and enters a 30-day clearing period. That window exists because it covers our refund window. Cleared commission is payable; pending commission is not.
If your referral is refunded, commission is reversed in proportion to the refund. A 50% refund reverses 50% of the commission on that payment. Only the affected payment is reversed. Commission you earned in prior months is not touched.
If commission was already paid out to you before the refund happened, the reversal is carried forward and deducted from your next payout. This can leave your balance negative until it is worked off. We do not invoice you for it.
6. What gets you removed
Not disclosing the relationship. The FTC requires you to say that you earn a commission. So do we, everywhere you promote, including video descriptions and email.
Bidding on our brand terms. Do not run paid search on "ElasticFunnels" or close variants, misspellings, or our product names. You would be charging us for traffic that was already coming to us.
Coupon, deal, and cashback sites. Listing a code on a coupon aggregator intercepts buyers who were already on their way to us. That is not a referral and it will not be paid.
Self-referral. You cannot sign up through your own link, and you cannot refer accounts you control. The system blocks the obvious case; attempting to work around it ends your participation and forfeits your unpaid balance.
Also not allowed: spam, misleading income claims, impersonating ElasticFunnels or its staff, buying traffic you know to be fraudulent, cookie stuffing, or promoting on sites hosting illegal or infringing content.
7. Getting paid
We pay once your cleared balance passes $100. Balances below the threshold roll over. You set your payout method and details in your partner dashboard, and you are responsible for keeping them accurate. We are not liable for payments sent to details you entered incorrectly.
You are responsible for your own taxes. We may require tax documentation before releasing a payout, depending on your country. We do not withhold on your behalf unless the law requires it.
Unclaimed balances on accounts inactive for 24 months may be forfeited, after we have made a reasonable attempt to reach you at the email on file.
8. Using our name and assets
You may use the ElasticFunnels name, logo, and the creatives in your dashboard to promote us honestly. You may not modify the logo, imply that you are ElasticFunnels or speak on our behalf, register domains containing our trademarks, or create accounts and pages that a reasonable person would mistake for official ones.
This is a limited license. It ends when your participation in the program ends.
9. Independent contractor
Participating in the program does not make you an employee, agent, partner in the legal sense, or joint venturer of ElasticFunnels. You cannot enter agreements on our behalf. You choose your own methods, hours, and channels within the rules above.
10. Changes and termination
Either of us can end participation at any time, for any reason, with written notice. If we end it because you broke section 6, unpaid commission may be forfeited. If either of us ends it for any other reason, cleared commission is paid out on the next run and pending commission continues to clear on schedule.
We may change these terms. Material changes are emailed to active partners at least 30 days before they take effect, and never apply retroactively to commission already earned.
11. Liability
Our total liability to you under this program is limited to the commission owed to you. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunity, or the performance of your promotional channels. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
