Best Systeme.io alternatives in 2026

Eight Systeme.io alternatives, compared on what a free or low-cost plan really costs a growing seller: the contact, funnel, test, bump and upsell caps, and the tools it doesn't include. Every competitor fact is taken from the vendor's own pages on 29 September 2026.

The short answer

The best Systeme.io alternative overall is ElasticFunnels. A free plan is cheap until it caps the thing that makes you money. ElasticFunnels is the whole selling system with the caps taken off: pages built by AI, split tests on any page under one URL, a checkout with bumps and one-click upsells, subscriptions with dunning, MID routing, courses and a members area, affiliates, a CRM with a call center, and every sale sent back to the ad, on one customer record and on every plan.

The others fix one slice: GoHighLevel is an agency CRM, Kajabi and Podia host courses, ClickFunnels and Kartra are bigger bundles on contact-capped plans, and Kit and MailerLite are email tools.

Start with what you would be leaving. Systeme.io's free plan gives you 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, a course, a blog, a custom domain, unlimited email, an affiliate program, one order bump and one one-click upsell, and it charges 0% on sales. On the sticker price, very little competes. The cost shows up somewhere else: in the caps, and in the tools a growing seller ends up buying next to it.

I spent nine years as CTO of a direct-response company, building the funnel system, the checkout with multi-MID routing, the attribution and the CRM, and the pattern I kept seeing was that the cheap tool stays cheap right up until it caps the one thing you need. That's the lens for this list: what a free plan costs you in sales, and which platform removes that cost for good.

Move one funnel and see what the caps were costing you. Clone a Systeme.io page, test it under one URL with as many tests, bumps and upsells as you need, and see which ad sold. Every feature is on every plan.

Who outgrows Systeme.io, and why

Every limit below comes from Systeme.io's own pricing data and help center.

Illustration: three jars of growing size, the smallest overflowing with circles, the middle one half full, the largest nearly empty
Plans are sized by contacts and by how many funnels, tests, bumps and upsells you can run. The small jar fills first.
  • Your list passes a contact cap. Free holds 2,000 contacts, Startup 5,000 and Webinar 10,000. Its help center says a free account over the limit is restricted: opt-ins and payments stop working, no new contacts or students can be added, and students lose access to their courses until you're back under. On a paid plan the subscription is upgraded to the next tier automatically.
  • You test more than your plan allows. A/B tests are capped at one on Free, ten on Startup and fifty on Webinar. A test is two pages in the same funnel with a goal page.
  • You need more upsells and bumps. One of each on Free and ten on Startup. The upsell has to follow the order form directly, and its charge is processed as a separate transaction.
  • You want AI to build pages. Systeme.io's own AI prompt generator page says a native AI page builder is on its roadmap. Today it writes a prompt you paste into an AI assistant, then into a raw HTML element.
  • You need the tools it doesn't list. Systeme.io's pricing page lists no routing across several merchant accounts (MIDs), no call center, and no server-side conversions to the ad platforms. Once you buy traffic, those are the tools that protect approvals, recover abandoned orders and tell you which ad sold.

Moving up to Systeme.io's next plan raises the counts. It doesn't add the missing tools: there's still no native AI page builder, no MID routing, no call center and no server-side attribution on its pricing page, and a test is still two pages inside one funnel. That's the gap a growing seller has to fill with more software, or with one platform that already has it.

How we picked

No lab test, no star ratings and no scores. We read each tool's public pricing page, feature pages and help center on 29 September 2026 and compared them on what a Systeme.io user actually weighs:

  1. Total cost at your size. The price at your contact count, plus any transaction fee, not the headline price.
  2. What the entry plan caps. Contacts, funnels, products, tests, bumps and upsells.
  3. All-in-one coverage. Pages, checkout, email, courses and affiliates in one account, or which of them you'd need another tool for.
  4. The sales path. Order bumps, one-click upsells and split tests, and on which plan.
  5. A free plan or trial long enough to build one real funnel.

The first point matters most. A tool that looks twice the price can cost the same once Systeme.io's next tier kicks in, and a tool that looks cheap can take 5% of every sale.

The eight alternatives, one by one

We make ElasticFunnels, so it's listed first, and every competitor fact below comes from that vendor's own pages. Spot something out of date? Email [email protected] and we'll fix it.

1. ElasticFunnels: best Systeme.io alternative overall

ElasticFunnels is an all-in-one like Systeme.io, built for the seller who has outgrown the caps. Pages, funnels, the checkout, subscriptions, courses, affiliates, the CRM, the call center and the ad reporting live in one account, and every lead, order, rebill and call lands on one customer record. Nothing is counted per plan: no cap on tests, funnels, bumps, upsells, courses or contacts, and every feature is on every plan.

Best for: creators, coaches, vendors, affiliates and ecom, info and nutra sellers who are growing, and especially anyone buying traffic on Meta, Google or TikTok or selling through several NMI merchant accounts.

What you get that Systeme.io caps or doesn't list:

  • An AI page builder that's already here. The AI page builder builds any page you describe, from a sales page or VSL page to a quiz or an upsell, and the page cloner turns any live URL, your Systeme.io pages included, into an editable page. A visual builder and a code editor sit alongside.
  • Split tests with no count and no URL change. Split tests serve 2–5 variants of any page, funnel branch or order bump under the one URL your ad already uses, so Meta and Google never go back into the learning phase. Run as many tests as you like; each comes with a significance test.
  • A checkout with no bump or upsell quota. A custom checkout on Stripe, NMI, PayPal, Klarna and Authorize.net, with order bumps, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay on Stripe and NMI, and one-click upsells and downsells that charge the saved card on Stripe, NMI and PayPal, as many as the funnel needs.
  • MID routing. With several NMI merchant accounts, each order is split by weight across them, filtered by product, card brand and amount, and held to daily and monthly caps. Rebills stay on the MID that stored the card, and the load balancing report shows sales, revenue and refunds per MID.
  • Subscriptions that keep paying. Intro prices that step up, prepaid discounts, dunning for failed payments, save offers at cancellation, and MRR, churn and lifetime value reports.
  • A CRM and a call center. Custom pipelines and fields fed by every form and quiz, and a recovery queue where agents call abandoned checkouts and failed payments, take phone orders and earn tracked commissions.
  • Server-side attribution. Ad spend from Meta and Google next to revenue per campaign, ad set and ad, and each sale sent back server-side to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Taboola.
  • Everything Systeme.io bundles, uncapped. Courses and a passwordless members area, your own affiliate program with a portal and payouts, a blog, quizzes, forms and exit popups. Email and SMS automations run on purchase, refund, form or tag triggers, order and dunning emails go out from your own SMTP, and newsletters sync to Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp or Kit.

Pricing: Starter is $97 a month, Growth $197 and Scale $497. Every feature is on every plan; plans differ by visits, brands and other usage limits, never contacts, tests, bumps or upsells. A 0.5% fee applies only to orders through the EF-hosted checkout. 14-day free trial. See the pricing page.

Pros: no caps on tests, funnels, bumps, upsells or contacts; an AI builder today; attribution per ad and per variant; MID routing and a call center on the same record.

Cons: no free-forever plan; you start on the 14-day trial.

A split test result in ElasticFunnels: B, the long-form variant, leads on conversion rate at 4.05%, +23.0% against the control so far, not yet a significant winner
A split test in ElasticFunnels (demo data): both variants ran under one URL, and the result is flagged as not yet significant.
A checkout plan picker built in ElasticFunnels: a 90-day subscription, 6, 3 and 1 bottle one-time bundles priced per bottle, with a money-back guarantee note
A checkout built in ElasticFunnels (demo data): a subscription and three bundles on one page, on your domain and your processor.

2. ClickFunnels: best for a more mature funnel builder

ClickFunnels is the tool Systeme.io most often positions itself against, and the two cover similar ground: funnels, checkout, email, courses and a community. ClickFunnels costs more and starts bigger.

  • Best for: a single-offer business that wants more room and more templates without changing its way of working.
  • Standout features: 10,000 contacts, 3 courses and 2 team members on Launch; A/B testing and its AI funnel builder on every plan; Payments AI with its own gateway plus Stripe, PayPal and NMI; no percentage of sales.
  • Pricing (Sep 2026): Launch $97 a month ($81 billed yearly), Scale $197, Optimize $297, Dominate $5,997 a year. 14-day trial plus a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • Pros: bigger limits from the first plan, a large template and education ecosystem.
  • Cons: the entry plan costs about what Systeme.io's top plan does. Automations aren't on Launch, the Affiliate Center is on Optimize and Dominate only, and its help docs say each funnel step holds one variant page.
  • Consider it if… you've hit Systeme.io's limits and want the same all-in-one idea with more headroom. Head to head: Systeme.io vs ClickFunnels.

3. GoHighLevel: best for agencies

HighLevel is a CRM-first platform for agencies: pipelines, SMS, calendars, reviews and funnels, sold per agency with a sub-account for each client.

  • Best for: agencies and freelancers building funnels and follow-up for local or service businesses.
  • Standout features: unlimited contacts and users on every plan, SMS and calling, booking calendars, reputation tools, and white-label resale on Agency Pro.
  • Pricing (Sep 2026): Starter $97 a month with 3 sub-accounts, Unlimited $297, Agency Pro $497. SMS, email, phone numbers and premium AI are billed on usage on top. 14-day trial.
  • Pros: no contact caps; client accounts and resale built in.
  • Cons: usage charges make the monthly bill harder to predict, and it's more system than a solo creator needs.
  • Consider it if… your "funnels" are really client work. Head to head: Systeme.io vs GoHighLevel.

4. Kartra: best all-in-one for coaches

Kartra bundles pages, checkout, email and SMS, a helpdesk, calendars, webinars and courses. It's closest to Systeme.io in scope and further from it in price.

  • Best for: coaches who want everything, including a helpdesk and webinars, behind one login.
  • Standout features: unlimited email and SMS from Starter up, unlimited pages and products on Starter, automations and an affiliate program on Growth.
  • Pricing (Sep 2026): Essentials $59 a month with 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product and a 5% transaction fee; Starter $119 (2,500 contacts, no fee); Growth $229 (12,500); Professional $549 (25,000). Up to 22% off yearly. 14-day trial.
  • Pros: email, SMS, a helpdesk and webinars behind one login.
  • Cons: contact limits are tighter than Systeme.io's at every price, and affiliates need Growth.
  • Consider it if… you'd pay more to add helpdesk, SMS and webinars without adding tools. See Kartra vs ElasticFunnels.

5. Kajabi: best for courses and communities

If your Systeme.io account is mostly a course, Kajabi is a course-first option: course hosting, community, coaching and a branded app, with funnels and email around them.

  • Best for: course creators whose students and community are the business.
  • Standout features: unlimited funnels, landing pages and marketing emails on every plan, order bumps and upsells in checkout, affiliates on Growth and Pro.
  • Pricing (Sep 2026): Basic $179 a month (5 products, 2,500 contacts), Growth $249 (50 products, 25,000 contacts), Pro $499, with 20% off yearly. No revenue share, though a third-party processor adds a fee by plan. Its help center describes a trial of up to 14 days.
  • Pros: course hosting and a community, with a branded app on Pro.
  • Cons: roughly ten times Systeme.io's Startup price, with fewer contacts on Basic than Systeme.io's Startup tier.
  • Consider it if… students notice the difference between course platforms and it shows up in completion and renewals. See Kajabi vs ElasticFunnels.

6. Podia: best simple creator storefront

Podia sells courses, downloads, coaching, webinars and a community from one storefront, with a built-in checkout. It doesn't sell itself as a funnel builder, and that's the point for some creators.

  • Best for: creators who want a clean store and courses without building funnels.
  • Standout features: courses, community, coaching, a website and blog and a custom domain on every plan; upsells, affiliate marketing and PayPal from Shaker up.
  • Pricing (Sep 2026): Mover $49 a month plus a 5% transaction fee and 100 email subscribers; Shaker $99 (no fee, 500 subscribers); Earthquaker $179. 14-day trial with no card. We found no free plan on its pricing page.
  • Pros: simple, and every plan includes the core creator tools.
  • Cons: email subscriber limits are small, upsells and affiliates need Shaker, and there's no funnel builder or split testing listed.
  • Consider it if… Systeme.io's funnel builder felt like more than you needed.

7. Kit: best if email is the product

Kit, formerly ConvertKit, is an email platform for creators with landing pages and simple product sales on top. Its free plan is the most generous email offer on this page.

  • Best for: newsletter writers and creators whose list is the business and whose products are simple.
  • Standout features: up to 10,000 subscribers free, unlimited landing pages and forms, unlimited broadcasts, and digital products and subscriptions sold from the free plan. Visual automations and sequences start on Creator.
  • Pricing (Sep 2026): Free up to 10,000 subscribers; Creator $33 and Pro $66 a month at 1,000 subscribers, rising with list size, 17% off yearly. Sales cost 3.5% + 30¢ each, card processing included.
  • Pros: a big free list and strong email tooling.
  • Cons: order bumps, one-click upsells and a funnel builder aren't listed on its pricing page, and it takes a fee on every sale where Systeme.io charges none.
  • Consider it if… you use Systeme.io mostly for email and the funnel parts sit idle.

8. MailerLite: best cheap newsletter with a landing page

MailerLite is an email tool with websites, landing pages and digital product sales through Stripe. It's the budget option if you only need a list, a page and a product.

  • Best for: a side project or a small list on a tight budget.
  • Standout features: an AI landing page builder, automations, and product sales with 0% MailerLite commission (Stripe fees only).
  • Pricing (Sep 2026): Free for up to 250 subscribers and 2,500 emails a month, with 1 website, 1 landing page and 1 digital product; Comfort from $12 a month; Power from $25. 10% off yearly, and a trial of paid features with no card.
  • Pros: cheap and simple to run.
  • Cons: the free plan is much smaller than Systeme.io's, and there are no upsells or order bumps.
  • Consider it if… you want a newsletter first and a sales page second.

All-in-one or a few specialist tools?

Systeme.io's pitch is that one cheap account replaces a whole stack of tools. The idea is right; the question is what happens when one of those jobs becomes the one that makes you money and the plan counts it, or doesn't have it at all.

Illustration: one large box holding an envelope, a page, a cart and a graduation cap, beside the same four icons in four small connected squares
One box that does email, pages, checkout and courses, or four tools that each go deeper and have to be connected.

Picture two businesses on the same Systeme.io plan. One sells a course to a list it built from YouTube; email and the course do the selling, and the checkout just needs to work. The other spends on Meta ads into a presell page and a checkout; there, the difference between a page that converts at 2% and one at 2.5% is a quarter more sales from the same spend. The second is paying for its tool's limits every day in ad spend. And the first moves up a tier, or gets restricted on Free, each time its list crosses a contact cap.

Breaking the all-in-one into four specialist tools fixes the depth and brings back the problem Systeme.io solved: four bills, four logins and four copies of the customer. The better answer is an all-in-one built for selling, where the tests, the checkout, the subscriptions, the courses and the ad data share one record and nothing is counted. That's what ElasticFunnels is.

How to switch from Systeme.io

Systeme.io holds more of your business than a single-purpose tool does: contacts, emails, pages, products, courses and students. Move it in that order and keep the old account running until the last piece has landed.

Illustration: four cards joined by arrows showing people, an envelope, a page and a globe
Contacts first, then email, then pages, then the domain.
  1. Export contacts with their tags. Tags carry your segments and purchase history into the next tool. Clean out inactive contacts before you import; you'll pay for them otherwise.
  2. Move the email sequences. Rebuild each sequence and its timing as an ElasticFunnels automation with wait steps, or in the email tool you connect, such as Klaviyo or ActiveCampaign. Re-verify your sending domain there.
  3. Rebuild or clone the pages. In ElasticFunnels, the page cloner turns a live URL into an editable page. Elsewhere, rebuild in the new editor.
  4. Recreate products, bumps and upsells. Write down every price, payment plan and which upsell follows which product first; that list is the spec.
  5. Reconnect Stripe or PayPal. Use the same accounts so refunds on old orders stay where they are. Plan separately for active subscriptions, which your billing tool schedules.
  6. Move course students last. Give them new logins and a date. Don't close the old course until they're in.
  7. Point your domain. Change DNS once a test order, an upsell and an opt-in all work on the new platform.
  8. Move one funnel and one traffic source first. Compare sales per visitor for a week or two, then move the rest.

In ElasticFunnels, the page cloner rebuilds each live page from its URL and products import from a CSV, and we'll walk through the rest with you on a demo call.

Which Systeme.io alternative is best?

ElasticFunnels, for anyone who has outgrown the free plan or is about to. A bigger bundle on the same contact meter, or a pile of specialist tools, each fixes one limit. ElasticFunnels removes the caps, adds the AI builder, MID routing, call center and server-side attribution that Systeme.io's pricing page doesn't list, and keeps it all in one account.

  • You hit a cap on contacts, funnels, tests, bumps or upsells: ElasticFunnels. None of them is counted, on any plan.
  • You sell courses: ElasticFunnels. Courses and a members area, with the checkout, upsells, subscriptions and affiliates in the same account.
  • You buy traffic: ElasticFunnels. Tests under one URL, one-click upsells, MID routing and each sale sent back to the ad platform.
  • Different jobs: an agency reselling white-label software to clients is GoHighLevel's market, and a newsletter with no checkout is a job for an email tool like Kit.

My take
  • A free plan is priced in sales, not dollars. The test you couldn't run and the upsell you couldn't add cost more than the software.
  • Price the tool at double your current list. Contact-based pricing is cheap at 2,000 and a different product at 20,000.
  • Don't trade one capped all-in-one for another, or for four tools stitched together. Move to one account built for selling with nothing counted. That's ElasticFunnels, and it's why I built it.
  • Move contacts with their tags, or you'll spend a month rebuilding segments by hand.

Systeme.io made the all-in-one cheap. ElasticFunnels makes it complete: the same idea of one account for the business, with the caps removed and the testing, checkout, billing and attribution a growing seller needs. Move your best funnel first and compare the sales.

FAQ

Systeme.io alternatives FAQ

Is there a better alternative to Systeme.io?

Yes: ElasticFunnels is the best Systeme.io alternative overall. It keeps the all-in-one idea and removes the caps on contacts, funnels, tests, bumps and upsells, and adds what Systeme.io's pricing page doesn't list: a native AI page builder, split tests under one URL, MID routing, a call center and server-side conversions to the ad platforms, all on every plan. Other tools fix one slice, such as GoHighLevel for agencies reselling software or Kit for newsletters.

Is Systeme.io really free?

Yes. The free plan never expires and needs no credit card. On 29 September 2026 it included 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, one A/B test, one order bump and one one-click upsell, unlimited emails and an affiliate program, with no transaction fee.

What happens when I go over the Systeme.io contact limit?

Systeme.io's help center says a restricted account stops opt-ins and payments, blocks new contacts and students, and locks students out of courses until the account is back under its limit. On a paid plan, it says the subscription is upgraded to the next tier automatically instead.

Is there anything cheaper than Systeme.io?

For email alone, yes: Kit is free up to 10,000 subscribers and MailerLite has a free plan for 250. Neither lists order bumps or one-click upsells on its pricing page, and Kit takes a fee on each sale. For a full funnel tool with checkout, email and courses, Systeme.io is the cheapest option we compared.

Does Systeme.io charge transaction fees?

No. Systeme.io charges 0% on every plan, including the free one. You still pay Stripe or PayPal their normal processing fees.

Is ClickFunnels better than Systeme.io?

ClickFunnels costs several times more and includes higher contact limits, more funnel templates and team seats. Systeme.io is cheaper and includes more on its free plan. If you are on Systeme.io's free or Startup tier and it works, ClickFunnels is a hard price to justify.

Can Systeme.io do A/B testing?

Yes. You place two page variants in the same funnel and pick a goal page. The number of tests is capped by plan: one on Free, ten on Startup, fifty on Webinar and unlimited on Unlimited.

Does Systeme.io have an AI page builder?

Not natively yet. Systeme.io's own AI prompt generator page says a native AI page builder is on its roadmap; today its tool writes a prompt you paste into an AI assistant and then into a raw HTML element. ElasticFunnels builds pages from a description or a pasted URL.

When should I leave Systeme.io?

When a limit costs you more than the saving: you need more contacts, split tests, funnels, bumps or upsells than your plan allows, or the checkout has to do more (several merchant accounts, a call center, per-ad attribution). ElasticFunnels removes those caps and adds those tools in one account.

How do I migrate from Systeme.io?

Export your contacts with their tags, rebuild your email sequences as automations or in your email tool, rebuild or clone your pages, recreate products, bumps and upsells, reconnect Stripe or PayPal, point your domain at the new platform, and keep Systeme.io running until the last course student and subscriber has moved.

Outgrew the free plan?

Test every page under one URL, take the order with bumps and one-click upsells, and see which ad sold. Start a 14-day free trial.
