BuyGoods is a curated marketplace for health and wellness offers. It sells your product to the buyer as the retailer, runs the checkout, refunds and payouts, and brings affiliates who already promote supplements and similar products.
It isn't open to everyone: entry is by recommendation, referral or a proven track record, and the vendor fee isn't published. If you have a wellness offer with numbers behind it, it's worth applying. If you're launching your first product, it's not the place to start.
This review is for vendors weighing BuyGoods. We make ElasticFunnels, which supports BuyGoods as a merchant, so every BuyGoods fact below comes from its own website and FAQ, opened on 19 October 2026, and where BuyGoods doesn't publish something, I say so. If a BuyGoods charge on your card brought you here, skip to what buyers can do.

What kind of company BuyGoods is
BuyGoods describes itself to buyers as a "global Internet Retailer" and compares itself to Amazon: the buyer purchases from BuyGoods, and the product comes from one of its vendors. To vendors and affiliates, it's a performance marketplace focused on health and wellness. It lists offices in Wilmington, Delaware and Boise, Idaho.

BuyGoods says it provides a conversion-optimized checkout, real-time analytics with A/B split testing, instant global payouts, and support from account and affiliate managers, tech and compliance staff (BuyGoods). The product, the sales page, the upsell pages and the traffic are yours.
Who BuyGoods is for
- Health and wellness offers. That's the category BuyGoods names on its homepage, and its catalog leans on supplements and similar products. A marketing course or a software tool fits better on JVZoo or ClickBank.
- Experienced vendors. BuyGoods calls itself "a curated platform for experienced affiliates and vendors only", with entry "by recommendation, referral, or proven track record".
- Vetted affiliates. It reviews every affiliate application by hand and asks for proof of past performance or a referral. For a vendor, that means fewer, more experienced affiliates instead of an open crowd.
The 60-day guarantee, from the vendor's side
BuyGoods' FAQ promises buyers "a 60-day money back guarantee on all products", with refunds back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Buyers can start a refund or cancel a subscription themselves from BuyGoods' order lookup, and physical products are returned to the address on the package.
For you, that sets the refund window whatever your own policy says. Plan your refund rate and your affiliate payouts around 60 days, and make the guarantee visible on your sales page so the buyer reads the same terms there and at checkout.
BuyGoods also runs anti-fraud checks: a flagged order can be held until the buyer sends a photo ID and the card's last four digits. That protects you from fraud and costs you a few legitimate orders.
What BuyGoods doesn't publish
The vendor fee isn't on BuyGoods' public site, and neither are the payout schedule, the reserve or the product approval rules. That's not unusual for a curated marketplace, but it means you compare it with the others only after you apply.

Ask for these in writing before you sign: the fee per sale and on refunds and chargebacks, when and how you're paid, any amount held back, and the rules your sales page has to meet. For context, ClickBank charges 7.5% + $1, Digistore24 7.9% + $1 through its US entity, and JVZoo 5%.
If you're a buyer: a BuyGoods charge
Most people who search for a BuyGoods review have a charge to explain. BuyGoods sells ebooks, physical products and software from many vendors, so a charge from it means a product was bought on its checkout, sometimes by someone else in the household.
- Find the order with the confirmation email, whose subject starts with "BuyGoods Receipt for", or on BuyGoods' order lookup.
- Get a refund from the order lookup within 60 days. Digital orders are refunded straight away; physical ones are refunded once the return arrives.
- Cancel a subscription from the same order lookup, with the Cancel Subscription button.
- Read complaints on BuyGoods' Better Business Bureau profile, which ranks at the top of the search for its name. BuyGoods itself says it keeps a high rating there and on Trustpilot.
Selling on BuyGoods with ElasticFunnels
BuyGoods takes the order. In ElasticFunnels you add BuyGoods as a merchant, build the pages in front of its checkout, and see what each one sold:
- One buy tag per product. A
[BUY]tag becomes the BuyGoods checkout link for the product you mapped, on the domain set to your BuyGoods merchant. - Full order records. Every new order, upsell, refund, cancel and chargeback arrives by IPN with the buyer's name, email, phone and addresses, tied to the visit and page that produced it.
- Abandoned checkouts from BuyGoods' new-customer notification, after a window you set, for automations or your call center.
- Split tests of up to 5 variants under one URL, judged on BuyGoods orders, so an affiliate's link never changes.
- Per-affiliate reports from the affiliate on each order: revenue, refunds and EPC.
The BuyGoods vendor funnel guide walks through the full setup, and the BuyGoods vendor integration lists every event. For a supplement offer, the supplement VSL kit is a working funnel to start from.
Is BuyGoods worth it for vendors?
For a health or wellness offer with sales behind it, yes, it's worth applying: the affiliates are already in your category, and BuyGoods carries the checkout, refunds and payouts. Go in with your own numbers and get the fee terms in writing, because you can't compare them in advance. For a first product, or anything outside wellness, start with a marketplace you can join today.
- Price the guarantee in. Sixty days is a long window on a supplement, so model your margins on the refund rate you see once the full 60 days have passed.
- Bring proof. A curated marketplace reads past sales, conversion rates and refund rates; have them ready per offer.
- Test the upsell flow with a real order before affiliates send traffic. A broken upsell still takes the front-end sale, so nobody notices for days.
- Keep tracking on your side. BuyGoods reports what each affiliate sold; which of your pages and angles sold is something you have to measure yourself.
BuyGoods is a specialist: narrow in category, selective about who gets in, and quiet about its terms until you're through the door. For the vendors it's built for, that focus is the point.
