ClickFunnels pricing in 2026

ClickFunnels pricing, read straight off its own pricing page and help center on 30 September 2026: the four plans, what each one locks, the fees that sit on top, and what a funnel you buy traffic for actually costs to run. We make a competing product, so every ClickFunnels fact here is quoted and sourced.

The short answer

ClickFunnels costs $97 a month on Launch, $197 on Scale and $297 on Optimize, billed monthly. Billed annually, those drop to $81, $164 and $248 a month. Dominate is sold yearly only, at $5,997 a year. There is no free plan: you get a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

ClickFunnels takes no cut of your sales, but your payment processor does (2.9% + 30 cents per charge on its own Payments AI). The bigger catch for ad buyers is the feature ladder: the API and webhooks start on Scale, the Affiliate Center on Optimize, and split tests allow one variant per funnel step on every plan. If you're buying traffic, price it at Scale at least, and look at ElasticFunnels first.

I spent nine years as CTO of a direct-response company, and the software bill was never the number that hurt. What hurt was what fell between the tools: sales that didn't reach the CRM, recovery calls that didn't fire, postbacks that broke when URLs changed. So when I read a pricing page, I read it for what I'd still have to bolt on next to it.

That's how this post reads ClickFunnels. First the plans and what each one limits, then the fees, then the monthly bill for a funnel that runs on paid ads. At the end, how ElasticFunnels pricing compares, since that's the product we built for exactly that funnel.

Price the whole funnel, not the page builder. ElasticFunnels puts pages, same-URL split tests, your own checkout, MID routing, the CRM and a call center on every plan. Plans differ only by usage limits.

The four ClickFunnels pricing plans

ClickFunnels sells four plans. Launch, Scale and Optimize can be paid monthly or yearly; Dominate is yearly only. This is the current ClickFunnels (the product its help center calls 2.0), and every figure below is from clickfunnels.com/pricing, checked on 30 September 2026.

PlanMonthly billingBilled annuallyBuilt for, in ClickFunnels' words
Launch$97 a month$81 a month"all the tools to launch your business online"
Scale$197 a month$164 a month"everything you need to scale your businesses fast"
Optimize$297 a month$248 a month"marketers running high-converting funnels at scale"
DominateNot offered$5,997 a year"built to help you dominate your market"

Every plan lists unlimited funnels, pages and visitors, though the pricing page labels "Unlimited Funnels" as "Limited Time". Its help center lists Dominate at $5,970 a year, a little under the pricing page's $5,997; we use the pricing page, since that's what the checkout charges from.

If you've seen a $19 ClickFunnels plan in an older review, it isn't on the pricing page today. The cheapest way in is the 14-day trial on Launch.

Illustration: four plan cards of rising height with a page, a gear, two people and a crown, each topped by padlocks that open as the plans get bigger
Each step up the ClickFunnels ladder adds features as well as bigger limits. Which step you need depends on the features, not only the traffic.

What each ClickFunnels plan limits

The prices look like a volume ladder: more contacts, more emails, more seats.

PlanContactsEmails a monthTeamWorkspacesCoursesCustom domains
Launch10,00050,0002135
Scale75,000300,000556Unlimited
Optimize150,000750,000101010Unlimited
Dominate400,0001.2 million202020Unlimited

The feature matrix further down the same pricing page tells a second story. Some tools are missing from the cheaper plans entirely, whatever your volume.

  • Launch leaves out Automations, Webhooks/API Access, the Custom Code Editor, Countdown Funnels, Conversion Boosters and Appointments. The matrix shows a dash for Launch in each of those rows.
  • Scale brings those in, but still leaves out the Affiliate Center and Advanced Workflows. Both start on Optimize.
  • Dominate alone gets a dedicated IP for email, SSO, branding removal, certification training and an account manager.
  • Every plan gets the funnel builder, the editor, Smart Checkout, A/B testing, email marketing, courses, a community, a store, analytics and Payments AI.

For a funnel you buy traffic for, the Launch gaps bite on day one. Webhooks and the API are the usual way a sale reaches your tracker, your affiliate network or your fulfilment house, and postbacks are how an affiliate gets paid. If you want to run your own affiliate program inside ClickFunnels, that's Optimize.

Then there's the testing cap, which no plan lifts. ClickFunnels' help center says "Each funnel step can accommodate a maximum of one variant page." One control, one variant. Want to test three headlines on the sales page, or two upsell offers against the current one? That's two or three tests in a row, each one needing its own sample.

Monthly vs yearly: what annual billing saves

Annual billing is roughly ten months for the price of twelve. The pricing page states the savings itself.

Plan12 months billed monthlyBilled annuallyYou save
Launch$1,164$970$194
Scale$2,364$1,970$394
Optimize$3,564$2,970$594

It's a real discount, and it's paid up front. The 30-day money-back guarantee covers the first month after the trial. After that you've bought a year of a plan you picked before you knew which features you'd need, so I'd run monthly until the funnel has taken real orders, then switch.

Hidden costs and extra fees in ClickFunnels

ClickFunnels is clear about its own cut. Its pricing FAQ answers "Does ClickFunnels take a percentage of my sales?" with "No. You'll keep every penny you make." The costs people call hidden sit in three other places.

Illustration: a coin passes through a card with a credit card icon, and three small coins drop from it into three pastel circles below
Every charge sheds a few small fees on the way through. None of them is a ClickFunnels fee, and all of them are on your bill.

1. Payment processing

You connect a payment processor, and it charges per transaction. ClickFunnels' help center lists these rates for its two main options:

  • Payments AI (ClickFunnels' own payments layer): a standard base fee of 2.9% + 30 cents, and 0.5% "all inclusive" for billing, tax and invoicing.
  • Stripe connected directly: standard Stripe fees of 2.9% + 30 cents, plus 0.8% for Stripe Billing (optional), 0.4% for invoicing and 0.5% for Stripe Tax.

Those rates are the processor's, and you'd pay something similar on most platforms. They're still the biggest line on the bill once a funnel sells, which is why the worked example below counts them.

2. The plan you'll actually need

The entry price is Launch, but the features that a paid-traffic funnel leans on start higher: webhooks and the API on Scale, the Affiliate Center on Optimize. Contacts climb too. A funnel that adds 1,000 buyers a month fills Launch's 10,000-contact cap in ten months, before you count a single lead.

3. The tools you still run next to it

The pricing page lists what's included, and some things a direct-response operation runs every day aren't on it. There's no phone call center: no recovery queue for abandoned checkouts and failed payments, no phone order entry, no agent commissions. Message Hub is an inbox for messages, with 2 to 20 agents by plan. Split tests stop at one variant per step. Anything you add for those jobs is a separate subscription, a separate login and another copy of the customer.

What a paid-traffic funnel costs on ClickFunnels

Say you sell a supplement on Meta ads. The funnel is a presell page, a VSL (video sales letter) page, a checkout with an order bump, and two upsells. It takes 1,000 charges a month at an average of $75, so $75,000 goes through the checkout. This is a hypothetical, not a customer, but the maths works the same at any size.

LineOn ScaleOn Optimize
ClickFunnels plan, monthly billing$197$297
Payments AI, 2.9% of $75,000$2,175$2,175
Payments AI, 30 cents x 1,000 charges$300$300
Monthly total$2,672$2,772

Scale is the floor here if you send each sale to a tracker or an affiliate network by webhook or API, since Launch includes neither. If you also use Payments AI for billing, tax and invoicing, add 0.5% of those charges. Optimize is the plan if you pay your own affiliates. The processing lines are there on any processor at that rate; the ClickFunnels part of the bill is the plan.

What the total doesn't include is the part I'd worry about. On this funnel you'd test the VSL headline, the bump price and the first upsell offer, one variant per step at a time. Nothing on the pricing page phones the buyers whose cards declined. And if your volume needs several merchant accounts, the question to ask is how orders are shared between them and capped, before you find out from an account review.

A page builder plus the tools around it, or one account that holds pages, calls, reports and payments together.

ClickFunnels vs ElasticFunnels pricing

We priced ElasticFunnels the other way round. Every feature is on every plan, from the first one: pages, split tests, the checkout, MID routing, the CRM, the call center, courses and the affiliate program. The plans differ only by usage limits: visits, brands, domains, automation runs and team members. ElasticFunnels is the funnel builder I'd pick for anyone buying traffic, and it's the one we built for that.

When I compare two funnel builders, the row I read first is "what changes between plans". It tells you whether growing means paying for more traffic or paying to get a feature back. On ElasticFunnels it's always the first.

Why paid-traffic teams pick ElasticFunnels

ClickFunnels is a page builder with email, courses and a store around it. ElasticFunnels is the whole selling system for a funnel you buy traffic for, on one customer record, from the ad click to the rebill.

  • Pages three ways. A visual builder, a code editor, and an AI page builder that builds any page you describe. The page cloner turns a live URL, your ClickFunnels pages included, into an editable page on your own domain with automatic SSL.
  • Split tests that never touch the ad. Two to five variants of a page, a funnel branch or an order bump run under the URL your ads already point at, so Meta and Google don't go back into the learning phase. Every result comes with a significance test, and you mark the winner.
  • A checkout you own. Custom checkout pages on Stripe, NMI, PayPal, Klarna and Authorize.net, with multi-step layouts, order bumps, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay on Stripe and NMI, and one-click upsells and downsells on Stripe, NMI and PayPal.
  • MID routing across your NMI accounts. Orders are split by weight across your MIDs, filtered by product, card brand and amount, and held to daily and monthly caps. The load balancing report shows sales, revenue and refunds per MID.
  • Subscriptions. Intro prices that step up, prepaid discounts, dunning for failed payments, and MRR, churn and lifetime value reports.
  • CRM, call center and automations. Custom pipelines and fields, a recovery queue for abandoned checkouts and failed payments, phone orders and agent commissions, and visual automations that tag contacts, send email and call webhooks.
  • Attribution next to spend. Meta and Google ad spend sits beside revenue per campaign, ad set and ad, and sales go to Meta server-side through the Conversions API. Custom dashboards draw from 80+ card types.
  • Affiliates, courses and the rest. Your own affiliate program with a portal and payouts, courses with a members area, and 50+ integrations, Klaviyo and ActiveCampaign among them.
A split test result in ElasticFunnels: B, the long-form variant, leads on conversion rate at 4.05%, +23.0% against the control so far, not yet a significant winner
A split test in ElasticFunnels (demo data): both variants ran under one URL, and the result is flagged as not yet significant.
Routing Preview in ElasticFunnels: for a main purchase on any card brand, two MIDs are eligible, US cards at 71% as the primary and Backup at 29%

The same funnel on ElasticFunnels

Take the supplement funnel from above. On ElasticFunnels you pick the plan whose monthly visits cover your traffic: 50K on Starter, 250K on Growth and 500K on Scale, with bot traffic filtered out before it counts. Go over and you pay $1.20, $1.00 or $0.80 per 1,000 extra visits, depending on the plan, instead of being pushed up a tier.

On top of the plan there's 0.5% of the revenue that runs through the ElasticFunnels checkout, and your own processor's rate, which you negotiate with them. Sales through BuyGoods, ClickBank or any other external cart carry no ElasticFunnels fee. For that you get the whole funnel: the webhooks, the affiliate program, tests with up to five variants, the call center and MID routing, on whichever plan your traffic puts you on.

Two trade-offs, so you can weigh them. ClickFunnels adds no fee of its own to your sales, and ours is 0.5% on checkout revenue. And ClickFunnels meters contacts and emails where we meter visits, so a funnel with a lot of cheap traffic and few buyers can outgrow our visit allowance before it would outgrow their contact cap.

Is ClickFunnels worth the price?

For a coach or course creator who sells to an email list and will use the email, courses and community every week, the bundle is fair value, and Launch or Scale covers it. For a team whose sales start with an ad, it's a harder sell. You'll need Scale or Optimize for the webhooks and affiliate tools, you'll test one variant at a time, and the phone team and multi-MID setup live somewhere else.

That's the buyer ElasticFunnels is for. If you're weighing a move, switching from ClickFunnels covers the side-by-side and how to move a funnel, and our list of cheaper ClickFunnels alternatives covers the other tools people consider. For ClickFunnels against a single rival, the compare hub has each pairing.

My take
  • Price a funnel builder at the plan you'll be on in month six, not the one you start on. For an ad-driven funnel on ClickFunnels, that's Scale at the least.
  • Don't choose a platform on the card rate. 2.9% + 30 cents is the headline rate almost everywhere; the plan, the tests and the tools around it are where platforms differ.
  • Read the feature matrix before the price row. A cheap plan that's missing webhooks costs more than it saves once your tracker can't see the sale.
  • If you can only test one change per step, test the offer before the design. The price and the upsell move revenue more than a button colour.

ClickFunnels' pricing is clear about what it charges. The cost shows up in what the plan you picked leaves out, and for a funnel that runs on paid traffic that's the tests, the checkout control and the people who call your declined buyers back. Put the whole funnel in one account and the bill gets simpler to read.

FAQ

ClickFunnels pricing FAQ

How much does ClickFunnels cost per month?

On monthly billing, Launch is $97 a month, Scale is $197 and Optimize is $297. Billed annually they work out to $81, $164 and $248 a month. Dominate is sold yearly only, at $5,997 a year. Prices are from the ClickFunnels pricing page, checked on 30 September 2026.

Is there a free version of ClickFunnels?

No. Every plan on the pricing page is paid. ClickFunnels offers a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee after it, which its help center adds up to 44 days to try it. The $19 plan you may see mentioned in older articles is not on the pricing page today.

How long is the ClickFunnels free trial?

ClickFunnels offers a 14-day free trial on its plans, followed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can change plans during or after the trial.

Does ClickFunnels charge transaction fees?

ClickFunnels itself takes no percentage of your sales; its pricing FAQ says you keep every penny you make. You still pay your payment processor. On Payments AI the help center lists a standard base fee of 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction, with extra percentages for billing, tax and invoicing features.

Is ClickFunnels cheaper if you pay yearly?

Yes. Annual billing costs about ten months of the monthly price: the pricing page shows a saving of $194 a year on Launch, $394 on Scale and $594 on Optimize. You pay the year up front.

Is ClickFunnels worth it?

It is good value if you will use the bundle every week: email, courses, a community and a store come on every plan. If your sales come from paid ads, you will likely need Scale or Optimize for the API, webhooks and affiliate tools, and you still get one split-test variant per funnel step. For paid traffic, ElasticFunnels is the better buy, with every feature on every plan.

What is better than ClickFunnels for paid traffic?

ElasticFunnels. Split tests run 2 to 5 variants under one URL, the checkout runs on your own processor with order bumps and one-click upsells, orders can be split by weight across your NMI MIDs with daily and monthly caps, and the CRM, call center and affiliate program are in the same account. Every feature is on every plan; plans differ only by usage limits.

How much does a sales funnel cost?

Count three parts: the software plan you would need at your volume, your payment processor's fees on every order, and any tools you run next to the funnel builder, such as a tracker, a call center system or an affiliate platform. The processing fees are usually the largest line once the funnel sells, and the extra tools are the easiest line to miss.
