What the Kit integration does
The integration adds Kit steps to ElasticFunnels automations. A funnel event starts the automation, and the Kit step writes the subscriber, its tags and its sequence.
- Start on a new purchase, new customer, form entry, abandoned cart, refund or chargeback
- Map email, first name and any custom fields
- Add a subscriber to a Kit form or sequence picked from your account
- Add or remove tags, and look up a subscriber to branch the automation

How to connect Kit
Use a Kit v4 API key. v3 keys are not supported.
Create a v4 API key
In Kit, open your developer settings, click Add a new key, name it and copy the key.
Connect Kit
Paste the key in Settings → Integrations → Email Marketing → Kit.
Add a Kit step
Pick a recipe or build an automation: choose the trigger, add a Kit step and pick the tag, form or sequence.

Does ElasticFunnels work with ConvertKit?
Yes. ConvertKit is now called Kit, and the integration connects to Kit with a v4 API key.
What can a Kit step do?
Create or update a subscriber with custom fields, add or remove a tag, add a subscriber to a form or a sequence, and look up a subscriber by email.
Which funnel events can send subscribers to Kit?
Any automation trigger: a new purchase, a new customer, a form or collection entry, an abandoned cart, a refund, a chargeback or an incoming postback.
My Kit key does not work. Why?
Only Kit v4 API keys are supported. Create a new key in Kit's developer settings and paste that one.
