What the Anthropic Claude integration does

ElasticFunnels does not ask for an Anthropic key. The ef CLI turns a folder into a synced copy of your brand, and Claude Code works on those files like any codebase.

ef init signs in, pulls your pages and components and writes CLAUDE.md

A session hook pulls before each Claude Code session, so it never edits stale pages

Setup

How to connect Anthropic Claude

Bind a folder

Install the ef CLI and run ef init in an empty folder. You sign in through your browser.

Open Claude Code

Start Claude Code in that folder. It reads CLAUDE.md and the ElasticFunnels skills.

Or use Claude Desktop

Add ef mcp --project with the folder path as an MCP server in Claude Desktop.

Anthropic Claude integration FAQ

Do I paste an Anthropic API key into ElasticFunnels?

No. There is no Anthropic key field. Claude Code and Claude Desktop run on your own Claude account and reach ElasticFunnels through the ef CLI, which signs in to your brand.

Do ElasticFunnels AI features use Claude?

Built-in AI features run on ElasticFunnels model keys and draw from your AI credits. Claude is the default model for AI requests handled by the app, and the AI page builder can also use Google Gemini.

Does it work with Claude Desktop?

Yes. Run ef mcp and add it as an MCP server. Claude Desktop can then list, read, create and edit pages, read components and products, and get preview links. The credential stays in the project folder.

Can Claude publish pages by itself?

Claude Code runs ef push, which publishes the page to your brand. Review its changes before you let it push.
