The integration adds AWeber steps to ElasticFunnels automations. A funnel event starts the automation, and the AWeber step writes the subscriber to your list.

How to connect AWeber
There is no key to copy. You sign in to AWeber and approve access, and ElasticFunnels keeps the connection.
Open AWeber in ElasticFunnels
Go to Settings → Integrations → Email Marketing → Aweber.
Connect with AWeber
Click Connect with Aweber, sign in to AWeber and approve access. You return to ElasticFunnels connected.
Add an AWeber step
Pick a recipe or build an automation: choose the trigger, add an AWeber step and pick your list.

What does the AWeber integration send?
Subscribers. An ElasticFunnels automation creates or updates an AWeber contact on the list you pick, with email, name, city, region, postal code, country and tags.
Do I need an AWeber API key?
No. You connect with OAuth: click Connect with Aweber, sign in and approve access. ElasticFunnels then loads your lists for the automation steps.
Which funnel events can add subscribers to AWeber?
Any automation trigger: a new purchase, a new customer, a form or collection entry, an abandoned cart, a refund, a chargeback or an incoming postback.
Can I remove tags when a buyer refunds?
Yes. Start an automation on refund or chargeback and add the Remove Contact Tags step for the tags you want gone.
Does it map AWeber custom fields?
No. The step maps email, name, city, region, postal code, country and tags. Use tags to carry funnel data such as the product bought.
