What it does

Chargebacks eat margin if you do not represent them. Dispute.com is the most-used representation platform for direct response. EF auto-packages every chargeback with order details, customer history, IP, device, and any signed terms.

Win or lose, the result flows back to the EF CRM so your reports show the true post-chargeback economics.

Setup

  1. Get your Dispute.com API credentials from your Dispute account manager.
  2. In ElasticFunnels, go to Settings → Integrations → Chargebacks → Dispute.com. Paste credentials.
  3. Map EF order fields to Dispute.com evidence fields.
  4. Configure callback URL in Dispute.com.
  5. Test with a sandbox dispute to confirm evidence packaging.
