What the TrackPlay integration does
The Trackplay Video block lists the videos in your workspace. Pick one and ElasticFunnels loads its player config and CTA events, so the page reacts to the video.

How to connect TrackPlay
If a video does not play on your live page, add the page's domain to the allowed embed domains in TrackPlay.
Copy your API key
In app.trackplay.io → Workspace Settings → API Key, generate or copy your key. It starts with tp_.
Connect TrackPlay
Paste the key in Settings → Integrations → Utilities → TrackPlay. It is checked against your workspace when you save.
Drop in a video
In the page builder, add the Trackplay Video block from External Integrations, pick the integration and search for your video.

Where do I find my TrackPlay API key?
In TrackPlay, under Workspace Settings and API Key. It starts with tp_ and is followed by 32 characters.
Do I have to copy embed code from TrackPlay?
No. Pick the video in the Trackplay Video block and ElasticFunnels builds the embed from your workspace. Player settings you change in TrackPlay show on the page without re-embedding.
Where are the video analytics?
In TrackPlay. ElasticFunnels records the sales from the page, whether or not the visitor finished the video.
Why does my video not play on the live page?
Usually a domain restriction in TrackPlay. Add your page's domain to the allowed embed domains in the TrackPlay player settings.
