How to connect ZeroBounce
Get an API key
In your ZeroBounce account, create an API key.
Connect ZeroBounce
Paste the key in Settings → Integrations → Utilities → ZeroBounce and save.
Add the validation step
In Automations, add the ZeroBounce Validate Email step after the trigger, then a Continue If step on the result.

ZeroBounce integration FAQ
When does ZeroBounce check an email?
When an automation reaches the ZeroBounce step. Put it right after the trigger, for example a form entry or a new customer, so the check runs before any list or CRM step.
Does ZeroBounce block a form or checkout submission?
No. The form or order is saved first. The automation then verifies the email and can stop before the address is sent anywhere else.
Which results can I act on?
The ZeroBounce status (valid, invalid, catch-all, spamtrap, do_not_mail, unknown) and its sub-status. A Continue If step can keep only valid addresses.
Can I pass the signup IP?
Yes. The Validate Email step takes an optional IP address the email signed up from and passes it to ZeroBounce with the check.
Does it use my ZeroBounce credits?
Yes. Each check runs on your own API key. A Get Credits Balance step shows how many credits are left.
