Worldpay integration for ElasticFunnels
Worldpay is one of the largest merchant acquirers, and many brands already settle cards with it through their bank. Bring your Access Worldpay account to funnel checkouts built in ElasticFunnels: Worldpay's hosted fields take the card, and a verified token pays for upsells and renewals.

What the Worldpay integration does
The Access Checkout SDK turns the card into a one-use session in the browser. ElasticFunnels exchanges that session for a verified Worldpay token, charges it with immediate settlement, and keeps the token for the next charge.
- Upsells after the checkout charge the verified token in one click
- Renewals run on the billing schedule set in ElasticFunnels, on the same token
- A statement descriptor of up to 24 characters can replace the product name on the buyer's card statement
- Refunds, reversals and chargebacks reach the order through Worldpay events signed with the Event-Signature header
- Each Worldpay account is its own MID: put it on one checkout domain and keep NMI, Stripe or PayPal on others

How to connect Worldpay
Worldpay accounts are opened by Worldpay sales, and your Implementation Manager hands over the credentials and turns on the webhook. Test with Try credentials: the ?test= test mode does not apply to Worldpay.
Get your credentials
From the Worldpay Dashboard or your Implementation Manager, collect the API username and password, the Checkout ID and your merchant entity, for Try and for live.
Add Worldpay under Merchants
In Settings → Merchants, click Add Merchant, pick Worldpay and paste the username, password, Checkout ID and entity. The Checkout ID is required: the card fields load from it.
Ask for the webhook
Send your Implementation Manager the merchant's ElasticFunnels hook URL, ask for payment and chargeback events with the Event-Signature header, and paste the secret they send.
Pick it on your checkout
Set the merchant on your checkout domain or funnel, turn Live Mode off and pay on Try with the test card 4444 3333 2222 1111.

Worldpay integration FAQ
How does Worldpay work on an ElasticFunnels checkout?
The card panel loads the Access Checkout Web SDK from Worldpay. The buyer types the card into Worldpay's fields, the SDK returns a card session valid for one use, and ElasticFunnels swaps it for a verified token and charges it.
Which Worldpay credentials do I need?
The API username and password, the Checkout ID and the merchant entity. Leave the entity blank to use your default one. The webhook signature secret and key ID come from your Implementation Manager.
Do one-click upsells and renewals work with Worldpay?
Yes. The first sale creates a verified Worldpay token, and upsells and renewals are charged to it without asking for the card again.
Why does a Worldpay refund show as sent first?
Worldpay accepts a refund and confirms it a little later. ElasticFunnels marks the refund as sent, and the webhook confirms it. A payment Worldpay still allows to reverse, such as a same-day sale, is reversed in full instead.
Can I test Worldpay with a ?test= link?
No. The card is typed into Worldpay's own fields, so ElasticFunnels never sees a test card number. Use your Try credentials with Live Mode off.
What about cards that need 3D Secure?
The Worldpay connection sends payments without a 3D Secure challenge, so a card that requires one is declined and the buyer can try another card.
What does ElasticFunnels charge on Worldpay payments?
A 0.5% processing fee on revenue that runs through gateways ElasticFunnels operates, Worldpay included. Worldpay bills its own fees separately.
