Chargebacks911 integration

Early chargeback alerts via Visa VAMP and Mastercard Ethoca, plus auto-refund logic so disputes never become real chargebacks. Cases sync back into your EF dashboard.

What it does

Chargebacks911 monitors card-network partnerships (Visa VAMP, Mastercard Ethoca) and pushes alerts to ElasticFunnels the moment a customer files a dispute or pre-arbitration. EF receives ALERT_CREATED and CASE_CREATED webhooks and creates a chargeback alert record on the matching order.

Order data is also pushed to Chargebacks911 via `POST /v2/orders` so they can match alerts to your transactions with high confidence. You can configure auto-refund rules so qualifying alerts trigger a refund through your gateway before they escalate.

Setup

  1. In your Chargebacks911 portal, generate API credentials (username + password).
  2. In ElasticFunnels, go to Settings → Integrations → Chargebacks → Chargebacks911. Paste the credentials.
  3. Configure the webhook URL in your Chargebacks911 portal so alerts land in EF (URL is shown on the integration form).
  4. Optionally enable auto-refund and set thresholds for which alerts qualify.
  5. Test the connection. EF will call `GET /v2/merchant` to verify credentials.
  6. New chargeback alerts will appear in Merchants → Chargeback Alerts.
