Fiserv integration for ElasticFunnels
Fiserv merged with First Data in 2019 and processes cards for many US banks and the merchants they board. ElasticFunnels connects to Commerce Hub, the gateway that replaced Payeezy, so Fiserv's card fields take the card on your funnel checkouts and a TransArmor token pays for upsells and renewals.

What the Fiserv integration does
The buyer types the card into Fiserv's iframes on your checkout. The iframes send it to a Commerce Hub card-capture session, ElasticFunnels gets only the session id, and charges it with your API key.
- Merchants set up on Payeezy (First Data) get Commerce Hub credentials from Fiserv, since Payeezy no longer boards new accounts
- The first sale saves a TransArmor token; ElasticFunnels keeps the token and the expiry date, never the card number
- Upsells charge the token in one click; renewals carry stored-credential flags linked to the first charge
- Refund or void a sale from the order page in ElasticFunnels

How to connect Fiserv
Commerce Hub sends no payment notifications, so refund from the order page in ElasticFunnels; refunds made in the Fiserv portal stay on the Fiserv side.
Get your keys
In Fiserv Developer Studio, open your workspace's Credentials tab, generate a key and copy the API key, the API secret, the merchant ID and the terminal ID.
Add Fiserv under Merchants
In Settings → Merchants, click Add Merchant, pick Fiserv (Commerce Hub / Payeezy) and paste the API key, API secret, merchant ID and terminal ID for sandbox or production.
Check tokenization
Ask Fiserv to confirm TransArmor tokenization is on for the account. One-click upsells and renewals need it.
Pick it on your checkout
Set the merchant on your checkout domain or funnel and place an order with Live Mode off to run it on the Fiserv CERT sandbox.

Fiserv integration FAQ
Does ElasticFunnels work with Payeezy?
Through Commerce Hub. Fiserv replaced the Payeezy API with Commerce Hub and no longer boards merchants on Payeezy, so ElasticFunnels connects to Commerce Hub. If your bank set you up on Payeezy, ask Fiserv for Commerce Hub credentials.
Which Fiserv credentials do I need?
An API key and API secret from the Credentials tab in Fiserv Developer Studio, plus the merchant ID (MID) and terminal ID (TID) shown with them. The secret is shown only once.
Do one-click upsells and renewals work with Fiserv?
Yes, with TransArmor tokenization on. The first charge creates the token as a customer-initiated payment, and later upsells and renewals charge it without the card form.
Do refunds made in the Fiserv portal show up in ElasticFunnels?
No. Commerce Hub has no payment webhooks, so refunds, voids and chargebacks handled on the Fiserv side stay there. Refunds you start from ElasticFunnels are recorded on the order.
What does ElasticFunnels charge on Fiserv payments?
A 0.5% processing fee on revenue that runs through gateways ElasticFunnels operates, Fiserv included. Fiserv and your acquirer bill their own fees separately.
