What the X Ads integration does
X captures the click. ElasticFunnels records the sale. When postbacks are on, each sale from an X click is sent to the X Ads conversions API with the order value and the click ID.
- The twclid click ID is saved on the click when the buyer lands
- Sales go to X with value, currency and number of items
- The buyer email is SHA-256 hashed before it leaves ElasticFunnels
- The link builder adds X campaign, line item and post macros to your URLs

How to connect X Ads
By default a sale is only sent when the click has a twclid. A force-send option sends it anyway, at lower match quality.
Get your X credentials
Create an X Ads API app and a bearer token, and copy your conversion tracking pixel ID from X Ads Manager.
Connect X Ads
In Settings → Integrations → Ad Platforms → X Ads, paste the token and pixel ID and turn on conversion postbacks.
Build your ad links
In Tools → Tracking → Tracking Link Builder, choose X Ads under Auto Cost Update and use the link in your ads.

What does the X Ads integration send?
Conversions. Each sale from an X click goes to the X Ads conversions API with the order value, currency, number of items, a hashed email and the twclid click ID.
What do I need to connect X Ads?
An X Ads API bearer token and your X conversion tracking pixel ID. You paste both in the integration and switch on conversion postbacks.
Does ElasticFunnels import my X ad spend?
No. The integration sends conversions to X. Spend is not synced from X today.
Can I add the X pixel to my pages?
Yes. Tracking Scripts, under Pages, has an X (Twitter) Pixel template. Enter your pixel ID and it loads on your pages.
