High-deliverability transactional email through SendGrid. Receipts, password resets, abandoned cart, order confirmations, and detailed event tracking.
What it does
SendGrid powers transactional email for many SaaS and ecom brands. EF sends order receipts, account emails, and follow-up sequences via SendGrid with template merging and delivery status feedback.
Suppression lists and bounce data flow back into EF so unsubscribes do not get re-emailed. The integration also supports SendGrid Marketing Campaigns for newsletter sends.

Setup
- Get your SendGrid API key from Settings → API Keys (Full Access or Restricted Access).
- Verify your sending domain in SendGrid (DNS records).
- In ElasticFunnels, go to Settings → Integrations → Email & CRM → SendGrid. Paste the key and from address.
- Map EF email types to SendGrid template IDs.
- Configure event webhook URL in SendGrid pointing to EF.
- Send a test email and confirm delivery + event tracking.
