Committed Coaches integration

Onboard new buyers into a high-touch coaching program. EF pushes purchases (with full LTV and order history) to your Committed Coaches webhook.

What it does

Committed Coaches focuses on post-purchase coaching for health, fitness, and personal development buyers. ElasticFunnels sends purchases to a webhook URL with first/last name, email, phone, billing address, products purchased, order ID, order total, previous orders, previous orders count, and customer lifetime value.

Subscription failed, cancel, and winback events are also supported and sent to the same webhook with a typed payload so the coaching team knows the lead context.

Setup

  1. Get the inbound webhook URL from your Committed Coaches account manager.
  2. In ElasticFunnels, go to Settings → Integrations → Call Centers → Committed Coaches. Paste the webhook URL.
  3. Configure merchant filter and (optional) affiliate filter to control which sales get pushed.
  4. Map any external product SKUs to your internal product codes.
  5. Optionally set commission percentage for tracking affiliate splits.
  6. Use the Test Webhook button to send a sample payload, then go live.
