Call Center

HelpGrid integration

Live agents for cart recovery, customer service, and order taking. Performance-based pricing. You only pay when HelpGrid wins back a sale.

What it does

HelpGrid runs a 24/7 call center built for direct response. ElasticFunnels pushes abandoned carts and (when enabled) sales, failed payments, dunning escalations, and winback events to HelpGrid via webhook. HelpGrid agents work the leads in their own dialer.

Each event in EF can be enabled or disabled per-merchant, with a configurable delay so a successful sale or retry inside the window automatically cancels the pending call.

What you get

  • Outbound webhook for abandoned carts (default), sales, failed payments, subscription failed, cancel, and winback
  • Per-event enable/disable toggle on the integration form
  • Configurable delay window per event (auto-cancels if customer self-resolves)
  • Decline-code whitelist or blacklist for failed-payment routing
  • Conversion postback URL so HelpGrid can mark recovered sales
  • Merchant filter (all, whitelist, or blacklist) so the integration runs only for selected merchants
  • Test webhook button to validate the connection before going live

Setup

  1. Contact your HelpGrid account manager and request the inbound webhook URL for your account.
  2. In ElasticFunnels, go to Settings → Integrations → Call Centers → HelpGrid. Paste the webhook URL.
  3. Copy the EF Conversion Postback URL from the form and send it to HelpGrid so recovered sales come back to EF.
  4. Configure which events to enable (abandons is on by default, others off until you turn them on).
  5. Set delay seconds and decline-code filter for failed-payment events.
  6. Pick merchant filter mode (all, whitelist, or blacklist).
  7. Use the Test Webhook button to send a sample payload and verify connectivity.
