What the SalesBound integration does
SalesBound runs an outbound phone sales team for post-sale upsells. The integration pushes each sale with the buyer, the order and the tracking data, and takes back the sales SalesBound closes as orders.

How to connect SalesBound
Sales without a customer phone number are skipped, since SalesBound works by phone.
Get a webhook URL
Contact SalesBound and ask for the webhook URL that receives your sale data.
Connect SalesBound
Paste it in Settings → Integrations → Operations → SalesBound and use Test Webhook.
Share your conversion URL
Copy the Conversion Webhook URL from the same form and give it to SalesBound, so closed sales reach ElasticFunnels.

Which events go to SalesBound?
New sales, failed payments, subscription renewal failures, cancellations and winbacks. Abandoned carts are not sent to SalesBound.
What data does SalesBound receive for a sale?
The buyer name, email and phone, billing and shipping address, order ID and date, each product with SKU, quantity and price, the order total and currency, and the click, UTM and subid tracking.
How do SalesBound sales get into ElasticFunnels?
SalesBound posts them to the conversion webhook URL shown in the integration form. Each one is recorded as an order, and you can set a commission percentage for SalesBound.
Can I send only some of my offers?
Yes. Choose all merchants or a whitelist or blacklist of merchants, and filter by affiliate ID the same way.
