What it does

SalesBound runs an outbound phone sales team focused on back-end revenue: post-purchase upsells, failed-payment recovery, dunning escalation, cancellation save attempts, and winback. ElasticFunnels pushes each qualifying event over webhook with full sale and tracking data.

SalesBound does not work abandoned carts, only events tied to a real customer record. ElasticFunnels sends the sale or subscription event the moment it qualifies, after the configured delay.

Setup

  1. Get in touch with SalesBound (salesbound.com) to set up your outbound team and request a webhook URL.
  2. In ElasticFunnels, go to Settings → Integrations → Call Centers → SalesBound. Paste the webhook URL.
  3. Send the EF Conversion Postback URL to SalesBound so recovered sales come back to your reports.
  4. Pick which events to enable. Set delay seconds for failed-payment events to allow auto-cancellation.
  5. Configure decline-code filter (e.g. blacklist do_not_honor, lost_card).
  6. Pick merchant filter mode and save.
