What the Postmark integration does
You build the email in ElasticFunnels and Postmark delivers it. Order and subscription emails use the transactional stream. Pick the Postmark account on a merchant, a course, an automation's Send email step or for support ticket replies.

How to connect Postmark
Use the server API token, not the account token. The from address must be a confirmed sender signature or domain in Postmark.
Verify your sender
In Postmark, verify your sending domain under Sender Signatures, and add a Broadcasts stream if the server has none.
Copy the server token
Open the server you send from and copy a token from its API Tokens tab.
Connect Postmark
In Apps → Integrations → Postmark, paste the token. The stream names default to outbound and broadcast.

Checkout to inbox
A purchase on your checkout sends the merchant order email through Postmark.
Upsells
Each upsell is its own order, so each one sends its own purchase email.
Automation emails
Welcome, follow-up or abandoned cart emails from any automation trigger.
Bounces handled
Hard bounces, spam complaints and unsubscribes add the address to the suppression list.
