What the Tauk integration does
Tauk runs call center agents for cart recovery and customer outreach, working leads in the Listflex platform. The integration imports each enabled event into your Tauk list after the delay you set.
- Abandoned carts go out after a delay, and a purchase inside that window cancels the call
- Failed payments carry the decline code, with a whitelist or blacklist filter
- Sales, renewal failures, cancellations and winbacks when you enable them
- Map Tauk product codes to your own and filter by merchant or affiliate

How to connect Tauk
Tauk is enabled per account. Ask us to turn it on, then connect it from your integrations.
Request access
Contact ElasticFunnels to enable Tauk for your organization, and get your Listflex API key and list ID from your Tauk account manager.
Connect Tauk
Enter both in Settings → Integrations → Operations → Tauk and run Test Connection.
Pick events and merchants
In the Events table, turn on each event and set its delay. Then choose all merchants or a whitelist.

Tauk integration FAQ
How does ElasticFunnels send data to Tauk?
Through the Listflex lead import API. Each enabled event becomes a lead on the Listflex list ID you enter, using the API key from your Tauk account manager.
Which events can go to Tauk?
Abandoned carts, new sales, failed payments, subscription renewal failures, cancellations and winbacks. Only abandoned carts are on by default.
Will Tauk call a customer who already bought?
Abandons and failed payments wait for the delay you set. If a successful sale for the same customer lands inside that window, the pending lead is cancelled before it is sent.
Does Tauk send recovered sales back?
Not today. The Tauk integration is outbound only: ElasticFunnels pushes leads to Listflex.
