Tauk integration
Tauk routes leads to its agents through the Listflex platform. Configure once, then send abandons, sales, failed payments, and subscription events automatically.
What it does
Tauk integrates with EF using the Listflex lead-import API. Each conversion or qualifying event is pushed to a fixed Listflex endpoint with the Tauk API key and List ID you configure on the integration form.
EF supports the full event matrix for Tauk: abandoned carts, sales, failed payments, subscription renewal failed, subscription cancel, and subscription winback. Enable each event individually on the integration form.

Setup
- Get your Tauk API Key and List ID from your Tauk account manager.
- In ElasticFunnels, go to Settings → Integrations → Call Centers → Tauk. Paste the credentials.
- Map any external product codes to your internal product codes if Tauk uses different SKUs.
- Pick which events to send (abandoned carts is on by default; sales and subscription events are off until enabled).
- Set delay and decline-code filter for failed-payment events.
- Pick merchant filter mode (all, whitelist, blacklist).
- Test the connection and start routing real leads.
