Logicall cart recovery integration

When a buyer leaves the checkout, ElasticFunnels hands the lead to Logicall agents to call. When they close the sale, Logicall posts it back and the abandon turns into a purchase.

What it does

What the Logicall integration does

ElasticFunnels sends each abandoned checkout to your Logicall webhook with the contact details, the product and the tracking IDs. Logicall calls the buyer and posts recovered sales back.

  • Each event waits a delay you set, and a purchase inside that window cancels the call
  • Failed payments and subscription events can go to Logicall too, with a decline-code filter
  • A recovered sale converts the abandon into a purchase on the same record
  • Set a commission percent and map Logicall product codes to your products

FAQ

Logicall integration FAQ

What does ElasticFunnels send to Logicall?

Abandoned checkouts by default: name, email, phone, address, the product, the traffic source, IP and click and conversion IDs. You can also turn on sales, failed payments and subscription events.

Will Logicall call a buyer who already came back and paid?

No, if they paid inside the delay window. A purchase from the same customer cancels the pending call before it is sent.

How do recovered sales get back into ElasticFunnels?

Logicall posts each recovered sale to the Conversion Webhook URL shown in the integration. ElasticFunnels turns the matching abandon into a purchase, or records a new sale if none matches.

Can I send only some merchants or affiliates to Logicall?

Yes. The integration listens to all merchants or a list you pick, and can filter by affiliate the same way.

Is Logicall the same as the Call Center suite?

No. Logicall is an outside call center that receives leads by webhook. The Call Center suite is for your own agents inside ElasticFunnels. Both can run together.
