Long form landing page: collagen
A long form landing page template that reads like a story and ends in the offer: study numbers, a chart, results, a comparison and community comments, then a bag ladder that unlocks free gifts, an upgrade offer in a dialog, a two-column checkout, a thank-you page with a survey and a welcome page. Open the live preview, then apply it to your project.

Seven steps, one long page first
Everything before the checkout happens on one long page: the story, the proof and the offer at the end. Small orders get an upgrade offer in a dialog, the checkout keeps the same picker, and two pages after the payment welcome the buyer.

Every part of the long form landing page
Larkmoor is a made-up brand selling a collagen powder. Each screen below is from the live kit. Click through the preview.
A promise with three numbers behind it
The page opens like an article about the reader, women over 40, with a 12-week study and three results as ticks. The button under them jumps to the offer at the end, so readers who are ready skip the rest.

Sections that build the case in order
From there the page alternates short story blocks with proof: a chart of collagen by age, a guarantee strip, customer results, a comparison table, a timeline of what to expect, an old-recipes story and community comments. Each block has its own button to the offer.

A bag ladder that unlocks gifts
The offer block lets the reader choose one-time or a plan that ships on its own interval, then a flavour and 1, 2 + 1, 6 or 9 bags. Each step up cuts the price per bag, from 20% to 50% off, and on the plan it lights up more of the free gifts.
- Gifts are bonus products: a frother, gummies, a refill tin, a calendar, a mystery gift and a short call
- The six-bag mix sends two of each flavour

Six bags for $10 less, in a dialog
Continue with one bag or with 2 + 1 and a dialog opens over the page before the checkout. It offers six bags of the same flavour at $159 instead of $169, or one more bag for the 2 + 1 deal at $98, or the order as it was.
- Whatever the buyer picks arrives at the checkout already selected
- No new page, so nothing to route in the funnel

The same picker beside the form
The checkout puts the plan, flavour, bag count and gifts on the right and the form on the left. A change on the right switches the order in place, so the buyer can still move up a size at the last step.

The order, then where they heard of you
The thank-you page confirms the order, repeats the delivery details and asks one question: how did the buyer first hear about the brand. Each answer is saved against the order in a collection.
- A Track your order button to the account page
- Continue leads to the welcome page

A page that answers the first questions
After the thank-you page, buyers land on a welcome page: a short congratulations, three answers people ask in the first week, and why the blend works. It sets expectations before the parcel arrives.
- An account page with orders and tracking, behind Requires Login
- A help page with a contact form, shipping, returns, privacy and terms

Long form landing page FAQ
What is a long form landing page?
One page that does all the selling before the checkout: the problem, the story, the proof and the offer, in that order. Readers who are ready can jump straight to the offer with any of its buttons.
When does a long page beat a short product page?
When the buyer needs to be convinced, such as a supplement for a problem they have tried to fix before. For a product people already know, the shorter product page template in this library fits better.
How do the free gifts unlock?
Each bag count on the plan is a product with its own bonus rule. The 2 + 1 plan adds four gifts, the six and nine bag plans add more, and a one-time order ships the bags only.
Is the upgrade offer a separate page?
No. It is a dialog on the product page. It opens when the buyer continues with one bag or the 2 + 1 deal, and the choice goes into the checkout link.
Can I sell only one flavour?
Yes. Each flavour is its own set of products in the kit. Remove the flavours you do not sell from the picker and from your products.
Where are the survey answers stored?
In a collection in your project, one entry per answer, linked to the order it came from.
Does the kit cost extra?
No. Kits are included on every plan. Start the free trial, apply the kit and pay only for your plan if you stay.
Will my existing pages change?
No. Applying the kit adds new draft pages, and the review warns about any page address already in use before you apply.
