Supplement landing page template
A supplement landing page template where the ad lands on one long product page: packs of 1, 3 or 5 bags at the top, a scratch card for 10% off, the full case for the ingredient below, a checkout that switches packs in place, a one-click upsell and a thank-you page with a short survey. Open the live preview, then apply it to your project.

Five steps from the ad
One long product page does the selling, with the buy box at the top and a scratch card for 10% off. The checkout lets the buyer change the bag count, one offer follows the payment, and the thank-you page asks six short questions.

Every page in the supplement funnel
Marivel is a made-up brand selling astaxanthin softgels. Each screen below is from the live kit. Click through the preview.
Price and packs in the first screen
The gallery sits on the left and the case for the product on the right: a headline, two short paragraphs and five benefit lines. The buy box follows straight away with three bag counts, each showing what it saves.

A scratch card worth 10% off
Three seconds in, a popup shows a gold card to scratch. Under it sits a 10% coupon that the checkout applies to the bag packs, plus a form for an email and an optional phone number.
- A Reveal link for visitors who skip the scratching
- Sign-ups go to a collection in your project
- A page event opens it, so the delay is yours to change

Ten rows against a generic bottle
Below the buy box the page argues in blocks: the cause of the problem, the ingredient, four areas it supports, five checks before buying any brand and a timeline of what to expect. Then this table settles it, with a buy button under it.

Choose your supply again
The checkout opens on the pack picked on the product page and lists all of them again. One-time packs come first, the subscribe and save packs under them, and a click on another row changes the order in place.
- Two free e-guides added as bonus products
- An expedited shipping order bump at $9.95, unticked

Three more bags at half price
One offer follows the order: three extra bags at $26 each instead of $52, a one-time charge of $78 that is kept apart from any subscription. A yes charges the card from checkout with one click (Stripe, NMI and PayPal). How one-click upsells work.

A receipt, then six questions
The thank-you page prints the receipt with every item on it. Under the guarantee comes a survey of six tap-only questions, and each answer is stored with the order number in a collection.
- A founder letter closes the page
- A link to the account page for tracking

Every order after sign-in
Buyers sign in on the kit's login page and see each order with its items, the total and the tracking number once it ships. The free e-guides arrive by email with the confirmation.
- Requires Login on the account page, with the login page in the kit
- A help page with a contact form and the store policies

What lands in your project
Before you apply, the kit review shows each page, the offer chain and the product prices, so nothing is created blind.

Supplement landing page FAQ
What goes on a supplement landing page?
The product and its price in the first screen, the reasons it works in short blocks, proof such as a comparison table and reviews, and a buy button after each section. This kit adds a checkout, one offer after the sale and a survey.
Is the subscription picked by default?
No. One-time purchase is selected when the page opens. Subscribe and save is a second tab that takes 25 percent off each pack.
How does the scratch card work?
A page event opens the popup three seconds after the page loads. The visitor scratches the card or taps Reveal, gets a 10 percent coupon and can leave an email and a phone number.
Does the coupon apply to the upsell?
No. The 10 percent coupon applies to the six bag packs on the checkout. The shipping bump and the offer after the sale keep their own prices.
Where do the survey answers go?
Into a collection in your project, one entry per buyer, with the answers, the email and the order number.
Which processors run the one-click offer?
Stripe, NMI and PayPal. The card is entered once on the checkout, and a yes on the offer charges the same payment method.
Does the kit cost extra?
No. Kits are included on every plan. Start the free trial, apply the kit and pay only for your plan if you stay.
Will my existing pages change?
No. Applying the kit adds new draft pages, and the review warns about any page address already in use before you apply.
