Konnektive alternatives come in two kinds. Some replace only the billing engine and keep your pages where they are: sticky.io, RevCent and Vrio. Others bring the pages, the split tests and the checkout into the same account as the billing: ElasticFunnels, Checkout Champ, Funnelish, UltraCart and Cartpanda. Decide which kind you need before you compare features.
Our picks: ElasticFunnels for paid-traffic sellers who want pages, tests, MID routing and the call center on one record, Checkout Champ if you like the Konnektive engine and want a builder, and sticky.io if you only want a different billing CRM. If your developers already own a page stack they're proud of, the first group will serve you better than the second.
For nine years I was CTO of a direct-response company, where I built most of our stack: the funnel system, a custom checkout with multi-MID routing, attribution, the CRM and the call center integration. What I remember most is the space between the tools. Orders that didn't reach the CRM, recovery calls that didn't fire, postbacks that broke when a URL changed. I left in 2023 to build ElasticFunnels, so I'm biased, and you should read this list knowing that.
Konnektive is a strong billing CRM. It handles orders, subscriptions, affiliates, an order-entry system and a call center, and a lot of high-risk sellers have run real volume through it. It was designed to sit behind pages you build and host yourself, which is exactly why some teams outgrow it and others never do.
Why teams look for a Konnektive alternative
These are fit questions, and each one is sourced from Konnektive's own site and help center.
- The pages live somewhere else. Konnektive documents connecting pages by form code, its API or a WordPress and WooCommerce plugin. A native page builder isn't described, so landing pages, presells and split tests run in other tools, and each one is a hand-off where the click and the order can stop matching.
- Routing stops at the first sale. Its help center says ATRI "only handles the initial sale and does not route recurring billings. Recurring billings will continue to bill against the gateway the original transaction approved against." Failed rebills that soft decline go to Recycle Billing instead.
- No public price. The site offers "Schedule A Call", and the billing policy says accounts are prepaid. You can't model the cost at twice your volume without a quote.
- Tracking the ad is your job. Konnektive documents a browser Facebook pixel and postback profiles for affiliates. Sending the sale server-side to the ad platforms isn't publicly stated.

Picture a nutra offer with presells in one builder, the checkout posting into Konnektive by form code, and a tracker stitching the ad click to the order. When the numbers disagree, three vendors each show you a clean report of their own part. Nobody is wrong, and you still don't know which ad sold the order.

How we picked these tools
We started from the two reasons teams leave Konnektive: they want the pages in the same place as the billing, or they want a different billing engine with public pricing. We kept tools that bill subscriptions or take the order on more than one gateway, and dropped mainstream subscription tools that don't serve high-risk sellers.
For each tool we read, on the vendor's own site on 29 September 2026: the pricing page with every fee on it, the routing docs (and whether routing covers rebills), the funnel and split-test features, the call center or order entry, and how the sale gets back to the ad. No scores, no stars, no invented test results. Where a vendor states nothing, we say "not stated".
When I compare billing platforms, the question I ask first is who owns the customer record from the ad click to the fortieth rebill. With Konnektive that's usually three tools. The alternatives below differ mostly in how many of those three they replace.
The eight Konnektive alternatives
We make ElasticFunnels and list it first because this is our site. We've tried to be as fair to the others as we'd want them to be to us. If something is out of date, email [email protected] and we'll correct it.
1. ElasticFunnels: best for pages, billing and tracking on one record
ElasticFunnels replaces the three tools in the scene above with one: the funnel pages and split tests, the checkout with subscriptions and MID routing, and the reporting that ties each order back to the ad. It was built from the stack I ran as a CTO, so weigh this entry with that in mind.
Best for: direct-response vendors and media buyers on paid traffic, with one or more NMI merchant accounts.
Standout features:
- Pages and tests in the same account as billing. An AI page builder that builds any page you describe, a page cloner that turns your current Konnektive-connected pages into editable copies, and split tests of up to five variants under the URL the ad already uses.
- MID routing on NMI. Orders are split by weight across a merchant's NMI MIDs, filtered by card brand, product and amount, with daily and monthly caps. Each MID can be limited to web, phone or rebill charges, rebills stay on the MID that stored the card, and the load balancing report shows sales, revenue and refunds per MID.
- Subscriptions with intro-to-full price steps, prepaid discounts, dunning for failed rebills and save offers at cancellation.
- A native call center with a recovery queue, phone orders, dispositions, a do-not-call list and agent commissions, through ViciDial, Five9 or Ytel, the same three switches Konnektive has plugins for.
- Server-side conversions to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok, and an affiliate program with per-affiliate postbacks, so the ad and the affiliate see the same sale you do.
- Chargeback alerts from Dispute.com and Chargebacks911 recorded on the order, with automatic refunds of Dispute.com's Ethoca and CDRN alerts under a cap you set.
Pricing: published. Starter $97 a month, Growth $197, Scale $497, with a 14-day free trial. Every plan has every feature; plans differ only in usage limits such as visits, brands and team seats. A 0.5% fee applies only to orders taken through the ElasticFunnels checkout. See the pricing page.
Pros: one record from the ad click to the rebill; public pricing; pages and tests included.
Cons: multi-MID routing is NMI-only, while Stripe, PayPal and Klarna connect as separate payment methods. Retrying a soft decline on another MID is not available for tokenized card entry or Apple Pay and Google Pay, only for keyed card entry, so weights and caps do the work. Email campaigns run through an integration such as Klaviyo.
Consider it if… the tools around Konnektive cost you more time than Konnektive itself. The full comparison is Konnektive vs ElasticFunnels.

2. Checkout Champ: best if you like the Konnektive engine
Checkout Champ is the closest thing to Konnektive with a builder attached. Its about page says the team "licensed the Konnektive 'engine' and built a new product" for ecommerce, and its CRM page says it is "built on top of Konnektive".
Best for: Konnektive users who want the same billing core and ATRI routing, with pages and split tests in the same account.
Standout features: a drag-and-drop builder for stores, funnels and checkout pages; A/B/C/D split tests where you set each page's share of traffic; the same call center tools; subscription billing "on any merchant account with no extra fees"; and MCP servers for analytics and page design.
Pricing: Growth is $300 a month plus 1%, aimed at 50k+ in monthly sales; Enterprise is unpriced with volume discounts. Add-ons such as 3DS, the fraud manager and the account updater are billed separately. No trial is stated.
Pros: the smallest migration from Konnektive, since the concepts carry over. Cons: it keeps Konnektive's routing scope, with ATRI on the initial sale only and "for credit cards only", and it adds a share of sales.
Consider it if… Konnektive's billing suits you and the missing builder is the whole problem. See Checkout Champ vs ElasticFunnels.
3. sticky.io: best for a different billing engine
sticky.io, formerly LimeLight CRM, is the other long-standing subscription billing CRM in direct response. If you want to keep your pages and only replace what's behind them, it is the like-for-like comparison.
Best for: subscription businesses at volume that want routing rules for rebills as well as first sales.
Standout features: routing profiles with weighted, round-robin and priority modes, monthly caps and separate limits for initial and subscription orders; Preserve Billing to keep rebills on the first gateway; initial and subscription cascade gateways; a funnel and checkout builder with A/B and multivariate tests; and Smart Dunning, with a performance-priced Recovery add-on.
Pricing: from $499 a month plus 1% of gross sales and $0.04 per decline, up to $500K a month; the license rises to $9,500 and the share falls to 0.25% at the top tier. No trial is stated.
Pros: routing that reaches rebills, and published pricing. Cons: you pay a fee on every decline, which adds up in a vertical with a high decline rate. We cover it in depth in the best sticky.io alternatives.
Consider it if… Konnektive's rebill routing is what you want fixed. See sticky.io vs ElasticFunnels.
4. RevCent: best for WooCommerce and visual payment rules
RevCent centralizes payments, orders and subscriptions behind a WooCommerce storefront or its API, and lets you draw payment logic as a flow.
Best for: WooCommerce sellers who want more control over each payment than a plugin gives them.
Standout features: Payment Profiles, a visual flow builder with filters, branching and fallback gateways; SmartBin gateway scoring; call-center orders, pending sales and manual sales; AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calls; an MCP server; and Sentinel anti-fraud.
Pricing: not published. Every account includes the full platform, unlimited users, month-to-month billing and "No RevCent per-transaction fee". No trial is stated.
Pros: no share of sales and flexible routing logic. Cons: no native funnel builder is described, and weighted splits and caps aren't described publicly.
Consider it if… WooCommerce is your storefront and you're leaving Konnektive for its routing.
5. Vrio: best for developers building their own front end
Vrio now presents itself as "enterprise-grade commerce APIs" that "add payments, subscriptions, and fulfillment to any frontend". It's the choice for a team that wants billing as an API, not as an app with a builder.
Best for: engineering-led brands that already build their own pages and want a headless billing layer.
Standout features: smart routing across 20+ gateways with automatic failover, load distribution across gateways and routing by card BIN; automatic reattempts of declined payments through alternative gateways with custom delays; subscriptions with dunning; a hosted checkout; and high-risk processing listed among its gateway options.
Pricing: not published; there is a contact form. No trial is stated.
Pros: an API-first design that fits a custom front end. Cons: no page builder is stated, so you still build and test the funnel yourself, which is the same gap many teams are leaving Konnektive over.
Consider it if… your developers treat Konnektive's form code as a limitation and want a cleaner API.
6. Funnelish: best for ecommerce and DTC funnels
Funnelish is an "all-in-one eCommerce funnel platform" for DTC and dropshipping brands, with checkouts, upsells and order bumps, used standalone or next to Shopify.
Best for: physical-product funnels that want a published price and a trial.
Standout features: product checkouts with upsells and order bumps, unlimited payment gateways on every plan, Shopify order sync, native subscriptions managed by the gateway, and Funnelish's Gateway Pools on the Advanced plan, which try a prioritized list of gateways in order until a card payment is authorized.
Pricing: Basic $49 a month (20,000 visitors, 20 funnels), PRO $99 (100,000 visitors, 50 funnels), Advanced $249 (unlimited), with "0% extra processing fees" and a 14-day free trial with no card. Gateway Pools add 0.5% per transaction.
Pros: a quick start and transparent pricing. Cons: Gateway Pools are a priority list, with no weights or caps stated; dunning and a call center aren't described; subscriptions depend on your gateway.
Consider it if… you sell physical products on ecommerce funnels and Konnektive was more CRM than you needed. See Funnelish vs ElasticFunnels.
7. UltraCart: best for smaller subscription sellers
UltraCart is a mature cart with auto-order subscriptions, upsells, a page builder and rotating gateways, sold on published plans with revenue limits.
Best for: subscription sellers under a few hundred thousand a month who want a real trial and rebills that can rotate too.
Standout features: rotating transaction gateways from the Medium plan, with a traffic share per gateway, stand-by gateways, a monthly maximum and automatic deactivation after repeated failures; rebills that can run against the rotation; one-click upsells, A/B testing and a visual page builder on every plan; phone orders through order entry; and US-based support.
Pricing: Small $49.95 a month up to $50K in monthly revenue, Medium $79.95, Large $229.95 and Enterprise $499.95, with a small overage above the larger plans' limits. It takes 0% on external gateways, keeps a share of revenue its AR Retry feature recovers, and offers a 30-day trial with no card.
Pros: clear pricing, and rotation that covers rebills. Cons: no rotation on the entry plan, and its phone system is still listed as coming soon.
Consider it if… you want to try the whole platform before a sales call.
8. Cartpanda: best if you want payments included
Cartpanda is a checkout and funnel platform with its own payment processing, Cartpanda Pay, so you don't need a merchant account to start.
Best for: sellers who would rather not run their own MIDs at all.
Standout features: a one-page checkout, one-click upsells, order bumps and subscriptions, with Cartpanda Pay's "multi-acquirer technology", which Cartpanda says "guarantees over 92% of payments approved". A free Basics plan covers affiliates and pre-launch.
Pricing: Light $0.99 a month plus 9.9% + $1 per sale, Starter $29 plus 9.5% + $1, Premium $99 plus 9% + $1, Advanced $299 plus 8.5% + $1.
Pros: nothing to underwrite before your first sale. Cons: the per-sale fee is high next to your own merchant account, and routing across merchant accounts you control isn't stated.
Consider it if… you're testing an offer and don't want to wait for underwriting.
Konnektive alternatives compared feature by feature

For high-risk offers, read the routing columns with how CBD and nutra sellers run several MIDs in mind: extra accounts buy capacity and a backup when one is under review, and they never fix a chargeback problem.

How to switch from Konnektive
Konnektive sits behind your pages, so leaving it is mostly about what those pages post to. Do it in this order.
- Inventory the connections. List every page that posts to Konnektive by form code, API or plugin, every affiliate postback profile, every pixel and every call center integration. This list is the migration.
- Export customers, orders, products and active subscriptions, with next bill dates and prices. Keep it as your reconciliation file.
- Rebuild products. In ElasticFunnels you can import products from a CSV on the Products list, then add subscription price steps, bumps and upsells.
- Move or rebuild the pages. Paste each live page into the page cloner for an editable copy, or keep your pages and point their forms at the new checkout.
- Recreate routing. Add your NMI MIDs with weights, rules and caps. Konnektive's ATRI algorithms won't map one to one, so start simple: a primary and a backup.
- Reconnect the call center and postbacks. Point your ViciDial, Five9 or Ytel switch at the new platform, and move affiliate and ad-platform postbacks.
- Leave rebills where they are, at first. Konnektive keeps rebilling on the gateway that approved each first order. Stored cards sit in the gateway's vault, so plan a vault migration with your gateway, or let existing subscriptions run out on Konnektive while new subscribers start on the new stack.

Which Konnektive alternative is best?
- You want the pages, tests, billing and tracking in one account, on paid traffic: ElasticFunnels.
- You like Konnektive's engine and only miss a builder: Checkout Champ.
- You want a different billing CRM with rebill routing, pages unchanged: sticky.io.
- You sell on WooCommerce: RevCent. You build your own front end: Vrio.
- You run ecommerce funnels for physical products: Funnelish, or UltraCart if subscriptions are the core.
- You don't want to run merchant accounts yet: Cartpanda.
For the wider market, see the best sales funnel software and the compare hub. If you run a phone team, the ecommerce call center guide covers what to check before you move it.
- Decide whether you're replacing the billing engine or the whole stack. Doing half of each is how a migration ends up taking twice as long.
- Get a written quote before you compare. A tool without public pricing can still be the cheapest one; you just can't know until it's on paper.
- Don't rebuild Konnektive's routing rules one for one. Most setups need a primary, a backup and a cap, and every extra rule is one more thing to explain when an order lands somewhere you didn't expect.
- The call center is the part people forget. Move it in its own week, with the agents in the room.
Konnektive does what it was built to do. The reason to leave is rarely the billing; it's the pages, the tests and the tracking that live around it and don't talk to each other. Pick the alternative that closes that gap for your team, move one funnel, and let a month of orders tell you whether it did.
